Join us tomorrow--Activate Your 2012 Intentions!

Hello there...tomorrow night January 11th, at 9pm Eastern, I am doing a group teleclass on "Manifest Your Intentions for the New Year", an annual event that has been very popular over the years.  To get ready, just write down one or two intentions for two or three areas of your life--personal, health, finance, creativity, business, relationships--you pick!  And then register for the session at my website at www.repattern.com, under Holiday Season shifts.  You must register by 7pm Eastern to be included in the session.  It is a LIVE teleclass session, not proxy, though you can proxy in.  (the date on the web page is incorrect, it will take place on the 11th).

To prepare you for this: Did you get a chance yet to listen to last week's session on Forgiveness and making a Fresh Start?  If not, I recommend that you do...so you have a clear, present and open energy field for bringing in what you want to manifest in 2012.  The link is posted in the previous blog post below, so just scroll down.

Happy New Year with love,
Ellen

Forgiveness, Fresh Starts and the New Year

If only a really fresh start was as simple as taking down the 2011 calendar and pinning up the 2012 calendar!  The calendar can be a symbolic way to start new of course, and many of us use it that way.
While we're on the subject of fresh starts, what I've been realizing is that forgiveness, acknowledging the past and what we regret as well as what we love, is the key to manifesting anything!

Whether that's a new relationship, more income, a fresh start in your business, improvements in your health or your personal habits...it's pretty hard to have energy, enthusiasm and openness to the new when you're dragging around an albatross of shoulda coulda woulda's.

That's why this month's "Your Time to Thrive" teleclass was on "Forgiveness, Letting Go and Giving Yourself a Fresh Start for the New Year."   Did you miss the monthly free teleclass (usually on the first Wednesday of the month.  If you sign up at my website you'll be kept informed about them at www.repattern.com)?

No worries, here's the recording link.  Enjoy!

If you have set intentions for 2012 already--or keep meaning to get around to it--or simply would like more support to make things happen in your life with ease instead of struggle, come join us on Wednesday January 10th for a session on "Manifest Your Intentions for the New Year."  If you can't make the call you can be proxied in.  (this is a paid session).  To register go to www.repattern.com and click on Holiday Season 2011 . Register by noon Wednesday January 10th.

5 Ways to Stay Healthy in the New Year

Wow..2012..the long awaited, much heralded and sometimes dreaded year has arrived.  What will it bring?

My crystal ball is in for repairs--sorry!  Whatever we believe about this year ahead, it's clearly a time to keep our vibrations high and positive and pull out all the stops in our self-care to stay grounded and come back to center quickly if we do get thrown off.

Which is exactly what my work is all about....so consider a private session or joining one of my group programs!  You are so welcome.  All events can be found and registered for at http://www.repattern.com.

To this question, raised by a well known practitioner,  I answered "The 5 most important keys to staying healthy are...:

1.   Decide and then regularly affirm that you are choosing radiant health and aliveness for yourself, that you are fully supported in your choice of healthnad that you are committed to those actions and attitudes that create and sustain health.

Making a clear intent and decision is actually the first step to manifesting anything.

2.  A daily gratitude practice..listing 7 or more things you are grateful for about yourself and/or your life.  Great to do in the morning and as you go to sleep.

Not only is gratitude the highest vibration, but since we tend to find what we are looking for, this practice helps us perceive the blessings in our lives more and more.

3.  Look at yourself in the mirror with love and compassion as though you were the Divine gazing at his/her dearest friend or beloved child.  Make it even more powerful by using the Ho-oponopono forgiveness practice where you tell yourself "“I'm sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you."

I believe that lack of forgiveness is part of many illness patterns, and most people forgive themselves least of all.

4.   Each day find a way to express love to another person or an animal--at least once.  Discover the love languages that you use--words of love or appreciation, acts of service, gifts, food, making someone laugh, physical affection and practice speaking that love language.

Social contact and being of service has been proven to have amazing health benefits.

5.  Discover through research, muscle testing and trial/error observations of your  body, and/or consulting with a practitioner--the best foods and ways of eating,   the schedule, the amount of sleep, the exercise and mind/body practices for you (such as the Emotion Code) that make you feel most balanced, vital and happy.

Then, do your best to build your schedule and lifestyle around providing these things for yourself.  At the same time, accept with humor and understanding that there will be days and times when you can't do your health routines perfectly or at all.

Remember, as my guides keep reminding me: “Self-care is not a luxury right now, it’s a necessity!”Self-care means doing your own inner work while also getting support you need from friends, family and practitioners. The days of going it alone are OVER!
