Mercury is Retrograde--and there IS something you can about it!!

Whew--got through tax day! Now, whoopee! We're into another Mercury retrograde period, which just began yesterday, April 18th and will end on May 11th. (The effects can be felt up to two weeks before and after, though the retrograde energies are acutely felt three days before and after Mercury goes direct again).

This happens 3 or 4 times a year--and since Mercury governs communication, it means communication is slower, the internet, phone and other mediums of communication may have problems or breakdowns. Plans made during the retrograde often have to be revisited or revised later--important facts may be left out, or key points misunderstood. The standard advice given is not to sign any important contracts, buy any major items especially appliances, or make any major decisions during this time--except when absolutely necessary. Common sense needs to prevail :)!

When Mercury is retrograde, frustrations can build, and simple things can be difficult--and this is more true when you don't know about Mercury retrograde. When you do, it's easier to surrender to the flow.

Personally I have found it useful and empowering to know and incorporate Mercury retrograde information into my life, avoiding hassles and being able to keep humor and perspective about things that seem to "go wrong".

I will never forget the engineering firm I once worked for that did a major computer conversion without running parallel systems--and they "pulled the plug" on their entire accounting system during Mercury retrograde. Talk about disasters..they sure as heck didn't consult an astrologer, and common sense did not prevail on any level!

So now you know about it, but is there anything you can do? Actually yes, I will share with you ways to make good use of Mercury retrograde--in a minute. But first, other good news about Mercury retrograde!

What are the best ways to roll with, and even take advantage of the Mercury retrograde energies? Anything with a "re-" in it: review, revisit, reconnect. People from the past can often resurface during a Mercury retrograde. When communication and events go more slowly, we have the opportunity and invitation to reflect, to look more deeply at goals and plans that we have made and see if they still fit

A gift of a session: Open to Receive Abundance

Hello and thanks to everyone who joined me for yesterday's repatterning session by tele-class on "Opening to Receive Abundance". From the sharing afterwards, I know that it was powerful and many people felt a shift from it. And now, if you'd like, you can have that experience too. Our focus was a lot on shifting fears of poverty, destitution and "this will never change" to a more abundant, receptive and hopeful state of mind.

The dance of success

Hi..I hardly feel like writing about business, right now--yet I have such a clear sense that I want to help people in business discover their aliveness. Whatever I end up offering I don't think it's going to look anything like conventional business coaching!

All I can say is, if you want to feel attract-ive, do what makes you feel alive and then you will attract more of what makes you feel alive. (PLEASE quote me on that!)

I've just spent a weekend dancing with a group, led by Sara Pagano, a well known 5 rhythms teacher. Our theme was flow--one of the 5 rhythms. We explored ideas like "How do you flow with resistance? How do you let your stuck places flow?" I haven't quite wrapped my brain around even the question yet--but my body danced it all weekend. Spending my weekend dancing makes me feel abundant, alive and magnetic! I will be curious to prove the "build the field and they will come" theory. I haven't sent out nearly as many emails as I am supposed to, I am supposed to keep reminding people of the many events I have coming up this week, but my heart isn't in it--you could say I have spring fever pretty bad :). Plus my autoresponder program is being really annoying this weekend.

Oops--excuse me--I've been having an Eeyore moment. Anyone know what I mean?

For example, your Zone of Excellence is a space in which you know how to function so well that you can attain great results without stretching yourself very much. Full moon greetings!

We are having another wave of powerful planetary shifts lately..are you feeling it? For some it is peaceful and joyful, others are struggling with physical challenges, and many people in my life are doing core-level, deep belief clearing and shifting.

What are you experiencing?

According to several sources, some major globeshift energy arrived over the Spring Equinox--last weekend--and now we are integrating that. We just had the full moon in Libra last night--shining light on relationship and partnership patterns--and the holiday of Passover began, with its emphasis on liberation from Mitzrayim. I really like that word, because it not only refers to Egypt, where the Jews were enslaved, but also to narrow, constricted places. And of course it is also Easter, which many do not realize is closely linked to Passover because the last supper was a Passover Seder! So, a time of death and rebirth, letting go and resurrection.

This is a time when so many of us are truly becoming free of patterns, beliefs, outmoded ways of relating that have kept up limited and constricted. It's also time when so many of us are asking, "What kind of life, and what kind of world do I want to help create and participate in?"

I am feeling extremely grateful these days, for the repatterning that is going on for me around relationships, and for the many wonderful new people and experiences that have come into my life since moving to Santa Fe, New Mexico in June of 2008. Wow. I am happily making plans for my first real garden ever, as the dry windy spring begins to warm up and hint of summer ahead.

For those of you going through a time of loss, a dark night of the soul, health challenges or other difficult shifts, my heart goes out to you. I have been there too..I would say most of the last 10 years I've been dealing with such things, and in other periods of my life as well.

What I can say is the dawn arrives when we least expect it. It arrives in its own mysterious timing. Things can shift in an instant, just as the ground looks barren and frozen, and one day the green shoots are just there. Stay open, keep asking for grace, and relax in the knowledge that you are loved. I can't remember now where I read this but "Miracles always follow chaos!"

I recently was initiated as a giver of the Oneness Blessing, formerly called Deeksha, for the purpose of being a clearer channel for the Divine, and to assist clients and others in their spiritual evolution. (as well as my own!). I feel some positive shifts and more love and connection already, and I know I am still integrating this. I will be letting you know how I plan to offer this as it can be done by distance via intention as soon as I am clear.

Anything is Possible!

Yes, I am still here...just busy digesting a whole fresh wave of new energy and clients that has been coming in. I am seeing some beautiful manifestations in the relationship arena for clients who have been working diligently on this--and also seeing things manifest for myself and others that seemed almost impossible. I sense a powerful and growing energy for us to manifest successfully from a soul level.

The idea that "Anything is possible" is not new..we have been increasingly exposed to the idea that we create our own reality, and that we can attract what we want. I believe that the shift of the ages so many have predicted--and that we are now in--is about humanity waking up and remembering our tremendous ability to create, and act for the greater good, not simply for our personal gain. This power was given to us by Source, it is our essential nature--but its use has been hidden, suppressed and actively discouraged or even punished, by those who wish to keep power in the hands of a few.

What is now changing are the planetary energies, which are supporting us in manifesting from a soul aligned place, so that we can create more easily and much faster these days. All the more reason to clear your limiting beliefs and history so you that what you are creating and manifesting comes from the truest, most loving and uplifted place possible rather than from fear or scarcity. (And yes, I can help you with that!)

There was an amazing opportunity this past week for millions to witness that anything is possible, when the 2010 Academy Award for best director and best movie (The Hurt Locker), went to a woman for the very first time, for a movie whose theme was no more war!

Most expected (as humanity tends to), that the one with the most money, the most power, the most influence and the most popularity would receive these awards of recognition. No he didn't. She did. She, Kathryn Bigelow, was the portrait of a humble fully conscious feminine goddess accepting a powerful and meaningful award. I wish I had a picture of the looks of shock and awe on hundreds of faces as it happened. I wish I could have captured the split second moment when I noticed an energy that was overlaying the audience, that I know shifted perception in a fraction of a second.

The moment it occurred I had chills throughout my whole body and I heard, "anything is possible, and don't you forget it!"

Adding to that, one of my dear friends, really a sister, was in a ferocious car accident with an eighteen-wheel truck. She was in her little Honda when the driver of the huge truck changed lanes without looking, clipping her car so hard that it spun and crashed against the rig repeatedly until it rested inches from the massive grill, glass shattered all over her.

Remaining calm the entire time, she and her Guardian Angel stepped out of her demolished car, and she was taken to the hospital and several hours later released with a few scratches. It was the wide-eyed trauma nurse that drove her home. No kidding. This was the kind of collision that could have easily killed anyone, or at the very least put them in a coma with a litany of broken bones.

Kris shared with me that she clearly heard Spirit tell her to prepare for the new energies that had been deposited inside of her. Her entire internal grid had been replaced. Her life, she was told, would never be the same. Anything is possible.

For two weeks, my meditations have frequently held the same theme, that anything is possible. There are no limitations, no former contracts that bind, no karmic debts. Everything is possible when created at soul level, not personality level. Everything and anything that we so desire, that we hold the unwavering intention of love and appreciation toward and are in full alignment with, is possible, now, in the new dimensions we are living in.

During one meditation earlier this week I was asked, “Are you ready to go beyond your own limitations and your former logic that hypnotized you into attracting experiences that you truly did not desire? Are you really ready to step into a new dimension of experience that has no relationship to your third dimensional logic? Are you ready to fully connect with who you really are, all ego aside? Of course I am, I replied, I've already been doing that. (Apparently there was more to do, or deeper to go, or I wouldn't have been asked the question.) Spontaneously I then stated, with conviction, the following:

I Am no longer bound to logic, born of third dimensional consciousness.
I unplug right now from all former logic.
I will not succumb to the power of suggestion that comes from my mind.
I call forth my Higher Self to be in charge at all times.
I have no limits. No limits!
Anything and everything is possible and I let it be so.
I Am God in form. I know who I Am and will act and Be in accordance to that Truth.
I commit to being a clear and connected channel daily.
I consciously accept these Truths and I ask for activation now.
