I tend to ignore those that are about doomsday and Revelation-like apocalypse and seek meaning and guidance..what is leaving, what is coming in, what are we being asked to re-examine and shift? I look for information that is empowering and that asks me to look at what I can do, or what consciousness to hold.

Final Blood Moon: Anchoring unity creation September 24, 2015 by Lauren
Happy belated equinox dear people of HEART! We may have merely survived another season of ascension, but the one that follows promises to be unlike ANY other…in the history of everness.
When I sat down to transcribe this report, the first words that entered my mind were: “The new world consciousness begins now.” If you are not feeling the truth of that already, you will soon enuf. We all have our own perfect, unique, divine timing…one that dovetails into the perfection of our lives, relationships and personal creations. Aka, ALL is well.
If you’re reading this then you already know that September is and has been a HUGE, supercharged month of majorly shifting tides. For some, a life-changing ‘event is on the horizon’, for others a deeper call to full truth, but for ALL…whether conscious or not…a turning point is definitely on tap.
A brand new frequency, steady & ready to take us to the heights of sustainable creative bliss. Certainly there is a whole lotta colorful hype about what this upcoming final blood moon heralds for humanity, but just like when 2012 came and went, these events are never what we conjure up in our heads.
That is definitely not to say that amazing, unspeakable gifts of goodness won’t befall us…in fact, this is already happening for some…it’s just that these waves of energy don’t affect everyone in the same way, at the same time. In the world of causality, the interpretations are spanning the gamut in the usual, polarizing ways…from the common “mass rapture” talk at one end, to the always popular doom & gloom theories at the other.
This is pretty typical aggrandizement for duality, where the separated mind tends to gravitate toward extremes…but we know better. We know that in unity, the truth is always somewhere in the middle and solely contingent on Self…
on how much LOVE we can hold in our HEARTs and how much light we can carry in our cells.
We know that in 5D, that is the only gauge we ever have for how we experience anything.
Yes, we are all receiving this energy… no, not everyone is ready to utilize it. Yes, this energy will change things in the world around us in grandiose ways…no, it will not be immediate. The point is that the unified heart-mind is unconcerned with “what will happen out there” knowing that the creation of worlds is all an inside job. (And yes, that includes things like: the global economy.) Those who get that concept, and employ it consistently and without fail, are those who are ready to benefit immediately from this serious boost of Source.
Speaking of which, and moving deeper into the second eclipse/blood super moon combo, there is absolutely a brand new, fully tangible, never-before-experienced frequency being delivered to us as I write this, resulting in a tremendous momentum of creation energy brought forth to the planet. It has been pulsing thru us since the solar eclipse and, from what I am told, will span the rest of this year and beyond…most notably from (September) equinox to (March) equinox of 2016…but we are in the thick of it right now, rising to the crescendo point.
And tho I say that it is being “delivered to us”, the starry folk remind me that while this energy wave is seemingly arriving from a Source outside of ourselves (ie, the galactic center) that we need to keep the holographic and empowered perspective that it is in fact coming FROM us, not TO us in the sense that we ourselves…aka, the Source inside of us…is heralding it. From the (3D) outside-in perspective it looks and feels as tho this energy is coming into our hearts when in actuality…from the (5D) inside-out perspective…it is our awakened hearts that is actually calling it forth. Simple perspective shift, profound difference…and one we must maintain to create in unity, where there is no separation between Self and Source.
This fortified, effervescent frequency is bringing with it many things known and unknown…but of the most pressing, according to our star kin and therefore the focus of this article, is our return to creator God status. Back in the July report the Pleiadians mentioned that moving into August (via the lion’s gate) we would be reconnecting with our magic powers…cultivating creativity to the point that we may actually be able to DO something with it. What they failed to mention, however (and likely on purpose), was the eruption of old energy around creation that would emerge for mass clearing. 😳
So, soon after the 888 gateway you may have definitely been throttled by a good ole fashioned dust-up of old unresolved/unLOVEd feelings around your creator power/powerlessness and purpose…ie, whether or not you feel in command of your life, of sustaining yourself solely on the merit of BEing GOD. This may have been served with a side dish of poverty thinking (for review), or at the least, a moment to reassess where you sit now on the prosperity-lack continuum.
BUT, beneath those old stories, and the extent to which you are willing/able to let go-move on…is a beautiful new consistent flow of (unity) creation that is steady and ready to take those prepared to the heights of sustainable creative bliss. You may be already be feeling this creative fire beginning to burn inside of you in ways you haven’t felt since before 2012…aka, since before all of our focus was on the monumental and unforgiving task of clearing out the lower body system in preparation for ensoulment. The best part is…depending on how clear your vessel…the momentum of this creative surge is going to continue to build as we all power up individually, and then spread this LOVE thru the grids. As the grid pulses with this concentrated Source frequency (think: 100th monkey) it enables more and more people to awaken, to bump up, to receive new creative orders (downloads from our spiritual blueprints) for exciting, purposeful new earth endeavors.
Again, if you are not feeling the ecstasy of said vibration, don’t fret. The point, as always, is that it’s here-now and available for everyONE and ALL who consciously choose to do what it takes to embody it. There is no rush, and this is not a race. We have a very long, exciting road ahead, so pace yourself. We know full-well the encompassing journey of purification-to-embodiment and it is never something worth expediting…or trying to. It’s like the Seven Sisters of Pleiades once said: “The point isn’t where you are on the journey, it’s that you’re on it at all.”
Cosmically speaking, this is beyond an exciting time…it is something we won’t be able to wrap our brains around in totality yet, but rest assured it is everything we are here for, everything we worked toward is happening now. And as we move into the fullness of the new/unified creation energy, those ready (those who have completed the karmic recycling program) will experience a “clicking into place” as the first group of souls moves deep into the flow of all good things…without a paddle!
There is a leap required, and you will know it when it presents, but don’t hesitate because that step in faith will quickly be replaced by the tremendous magnetic support of your universe. Are you ready to finally and fully PLAY with passion, purpose & potential to live and LOVE limitlessly? It’s GO time.

This is a very physical full moon so you may experience everything from physical tension in the body to a lot more energy to go and do something physical. Make sure to move the body during this time so that the energy doesn't back up.
You probably won’t get much sleep during this one but instead of resisting it, use it and have fun. Fun is the operative word here. Many of you probably feel there has been a lack of fun lately so go have some fun and it should what is fun for you not what you think ought to be fun and isn't."

Solar Flares and How they are Affecting Us
If this doesn't point to our NEED to do work like Accelerated Belief Clearing and Resonance Repatterning, I don't know what does!
Exactly what is a solar flare and how does it affect us? This is a great article on the topic...and it explains my recent "fever-like" waves of hot and cold. You may relate as well.
"A solar flare is a magnetic storm on the Sun which appears to be a very bright spot and a gaseous surface eruption such as in the above photograph. Solar flares release huge amounts of high-energy particles and gases that are tremendously hot. They are ejected thousands of miles from the surface of the Sun.
According to Mitch Battros – Earth Changes Media, “One of the best known prophecies/predictions of our Mayan elders is the message of a changing paradigm of our era. In the words of the Maya, it is said that we are now in a time of “change and conflict”. The change is coming from the ‘outside” in the way of weather, natural phenomena, celestial disturbance (sun flares) and manmade self-inflicted trauma. The conflict comes from the ‘inside’ in the way of personal challenge, grief, bewilderment, depression, anxiety, and fear. It is said we are “at the cross roads”. A time of choosing a new path, deciding on a new self and community direction, venturing into the unknown, finding our true identity of being. Others will choose to stay on the same road, stay with the familiar, and place great effort to maintain “predictability.”
There appears to be a direct connection between the Sun’s solar storms and human biological effect especially after an "M" class solar flare. The conduit which facilitates the charged particles from the Sun to human disturbance is the very same conduit which steers Earth’s weather through the Magnetic Field on Earth, and also through the magnetic fields around humans.
Earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, hurricanes, tornadoes, and wind storms appear to happen after strong solar activity on the sun.
Geomagnetic Activity on the Sun Influences our Thoughts
I have noticed in my own research that solar activity is known to influence human consciousness. Solar flares affect the Central Nervous System (stomach lining), all brain activity (including equilibrium), along with human behaviour and all psycho-physiological (mental-emotional-physical) response. Solar flares can cause us to be nervous, anxiousness, worrisome, jittery, dizzy, shaky, irritable, lethargic, exhausted, have short term memory problems and heart palpitations, feel nauseous, queasy, and to have prolonged head pressure and headaches.

What is commitment?
Commitment is removing the back door, the escape route and the words “if”, “maybe” and “when” from your vocabulary. Commitment is moving into your future with no turning back and no escape hatch. Commitment is eliminating the worry and anxiety that comes with ambivalence, doubt, consideration and “too many thinking”. Commitment is a natural segway of any bid for power. A bid for power without a proper commitment to launch it is not a serious bid for power.
If your bid for power is to stop smoking, you can’t qualify it with “if I find the right program” or “when I get more of a handle on my life” or “maybe next week”. No, if you want to stop smoking you stop right now. You make a commitment that goes along with your bid for power. Once you commit 100 percent, then the program or other support will show up and you will begin to get a handle on your life.
It is the same thing for relationships or work or health. If your bid for power is to make a change in the direction that is better for you, then do it now without procrastination and without the ability to sneak out if it does not work. Most of the reason for something not working out is your lack of true commitment to it. All of you have made some bid for power last month whether you are aware of it or not. This is the month where you either commit to it or choose a new one that you can commit to.
There are two types of Commitment: Commitment that is unconscious and manifested by your actions rather than what you verbally intend, and commitment that is consciously and deliberately planned for and chosen. The unconscious commitment is the one you may not be aware of but everyone else is by your actions around it.
A good example is someone who complains and complains about the nature of their relationship because it is not a good fit, and says they want something else, but ends up staying in the same relationship “until something better comes along”. This is not a serious bid for power for a new relationship and certainly not the way spirit works. This example is showing an action that the universe reads as a commitment and therefore will not provide another “better relationship” to take its place while the action shows a commitment to the current one. So this person may think they are bidding to change their circumstance but as long as they stay in the current relationship they are not serious about the change. If you are truly committed to changing your relationship dynamics you must show you are serious by becoming conscious about the ways you are showing commitment to the things you say you do not want.
Another example may be the person who says, I am on a diet, I intend to lose weight and really should not eat this piece of cake and then proceeds to eat it anyway. Are they serious about their bid for power to lose weight? Where is the commitment? Another example is the bid for power to have more fun and make more time for self. However if the person continues adding things that are not fun to their plate, they are showing by their actions that they are not truly committed to their intention and guess what, spirit will always give you more of what you are putting your energy into. This person may likely say, “I will make time when things slow down.” This is not good enough for spirit, as it is a conditional commitment and shows through action that the real commitment is something different than the spoken intention.
True commitment is unconditional, something we are not used to having or working with. Conditions create the “ifs”, “whens”, and “maybes” in our vocabulary. Placing conditions on your bid for power waters down the commitment to it and is like putting only your big toe in the water when you really intended to take a swim. Hesitancy, doubt, confusion, ambivalence, worry, anxiety, fear and mistrust, all take their toll on your ability to commit to something cleanly and clearly."

What on Earth is going on? May astrology...
Have you noticed that things
seem to be moving ahead slowly, even though there is a lot of energy, activity
and intensity this year? There are some amazing planetary shifts going on--as you have already heard--and there are also many interpretations of why and what it all means.
That's actually why I like astrology, because I find it more "scientific" and "objective" than channeled readings. I do also read and value channeled readings but I believe they are subject to more distortion..and they are as clear as the channel herself (or himself). With astrology--even for skeptics or people who don't understand it, when you start tracking events and energies from an astrological point of view, you start to see how accurate it can be. I am talking well beyond the simple sun sign horoscopes you can read in a newspaper (does anyone even read newspapers any more?).
There are powerful energies available in May--I don't want you to miss out! This month, more than usual, "Timing is Everything". So I've decided to post a 3 part series about these energies, to help you use this time well.
Part i: Here's a good astrological overview from

First, from the Libra May

“This has been an unusual year
for everyone, so if you feel frustrated at the slow pace, you are not alone. It
started out with Mars retrograde, January 23 to April 13. Thank goodness Mars
has been moving again since mid-April (albeit slowly), as Mars is the action
planet that gives extra oomph and push to everything we do. When Mars sleeps,
you find it very hard to lift things off properly, in any phase of life,
whether business or personal in nature.
Now, Venus will start to retrograde, May 15 to June 27, and that
will have an even more powerful effect, (for Taurus and Libra) because Venus is
your ruling planet.
There is more news about retrogrades, so I might as well tell you
about the next one now. After June 27, you will only have two weeks, and then
from July 14 to August 8, Mercury will retrograde. We are all upset about this,
and believe me I didn't want to tell you, but I thought I should.
I cannot remember a year anything like this
one. It seems the universe wants us to go slowly and carefully.
If you look closely at these dates (which I carefully flag on all
my Year Ahead Calendars that I write annually), the universe will give us
little patches of time in which to act decisively. Those patches of time will
be excellent for initiating new ventures, and we are in one of those now. (That
window of opportunity opened April 13 and will end May 15.)
It is rare that the universe speaks so clearly: Go slowly to make
sure all your plans are well thought out.
Retrograde planets ask us to look
back to scrutinize areas that we can improve. It looks like you'll be thinking
back about things that have not taken the course you wanted, and about how you
would do things differently in the future.
As said, Venus won't retrograde until May 15, so as you begin May,
plan on being sharp and productive because - and this may surprise you - you
have just arrived at one of the very sweetest portions of the year. Although it
will be a narrow window of time, May 1 to May 13, it will be one of your best.

Staying Protected: Medicines Of Light/Hathor Guidance through Tom Kenyon
Tom Kenyon is a sound healer, among many other things, and he channels the HHathor guides. They have some great suggestions for how to deal with things like radiation, viruses, neurotoxins...practical things are good too, but we need our conscious tools as well.

With the earthquake in New Zealand, followed by the earthquake in Japan, it is clear that you have entered a more complex phase of the Chaotic Node.
We wish to impart a method for protection and healing from radiation poisoning as well as other physical conditions. We call this Medicines of Light.
This is obviously related to current events unfolding in Japan, however, as future earth changes unfold, you may face similar challenges in your near future from other locations around the world.
This method will assist you to both protect and heal yourself from exposure, not only to radioactivity, but also to neurotoxins and to mutating forms of bacteria and viruses. From our perspective you can expect to see an increase of these in your near timeline.
The method involves connecting to your Celestial Soul, the BA. This action is to connect to the realms of light that are a part of your being.
Everything that exists in your cosmos can be viewed as a qualification or energetic expression of light—even your densest forms of matter are essentially a form of light.
In this method you connect to your Celestial Soul, holding the intent and expectation that it will impart to you an energetic that protects and/or heals you. You send this intent to your Celestial Soul with the emotional vibration of appreciation or gratitude. This is simply the vibrational resonance that activates this higher aspect of your being.
Once you send this intent conjoined with appreciation or gratitude to your BA, you shift your awareness into your heart chakra, receiving the energetic of healing or protection into the heart chakra. You might experience this energetic as a form of light, or as geometric patterns, or you may feel the sensation of a descent of energy. You may also experience this energetic simply as a thought/feeling.
Once the energetic is received in the heart chakra, it is ready to send.
For this phase you will need some pure water, since water holds this type of information extremely well. Holding a container of water in your hands, through intent, you send this energy that is in the heart chakra down the arms into the hands and through the chakras that are in the center of each palm. The energetic enters the water through this pathway.
We suggest you amplify this energetic by repeating the procedure three times, for a total of three times—two more times in addition to the first. You then drink the water. The water permeates the water element of your body, and the healing and protective qualities eventually enter every cell.
Through this action you are qualifying light, causing it to descend through the central pathway of your body into your heart and sending it into the water element. The consciousness of the water receives this energetic, and when you drink it, the body receives it.
If you find yourself in a situation where you have been exposed to radioactivity you would engage this procedure as we have described it, qualifying the energy that descends from the BA to protect and heal you from any possibility of radiation poisoning. As you collectively enter more deeply into this more complex and intense phase of the Chaotic Node, bacteria and viruses will mutate faster. This method will allow you to protect and heal yourself from these mutating life forms.
It is important to understand that you are creating the protection and healing through the powers of your own consciousness. You have direct access to your own light realms. You have the sovereign right to engage the light realms on your own behalf and on the behalf of your loved ones.

Due to the fact that you are in a Chaotic Node and energies from deep space conjoined with solar flare activity are affecting your energy bodies, you, as a collective, are more affected. What we mean by this is that witnessing the suffering of your fellow humans shatters the heart. There is a recognition that their predicament could easily be yours. Tom’s Thoughts and Observations
I have been channeling the Hathors for about twenty years now and started posting their Planetary Messages in February of 2003. And in all that time I have never sensed in them such an urgency to post one of their communications. Usually, I am given several days to dwell on and contemplate their messages before writing my comments. But that luxury does not exist in this moment. They have asked Judi and me to post this particular message as soon as possible, and so I will make my comments brief and to the point.
The central message here is that all human beings have the ability to create what the Hathors call Medicines of Light. And this type of medicine has an inherent capability and potential to protect and heal us not only from radioactive poisoning, but also from the effects of neurotoxins, as well as bacterial and viral infections.
The method is simple and to the point. Since some of you reading this may be new to the whole idea of a Celestial Soul (or BA), let me clarify its location and how to engage it. The BA, or Celestial Soul, is an aspect of your own consciousness that is outside the constraints of time and space. Some of you might refer to the Celestial Soul as the Higher Self. But whatever you call it, your Celestial Soul exists in what the Hathors call the light realms, and this aspect of you is engaged whenever you send it appreciation or gratitude.
Your BA does not have a location in time and space since it is transcendent to both.
But it does have an entry point to your energy field, which is about arm’s distance above your head. If you were to raise your hands over your head and touch your fingertips together, your fingers would be in the vicinity of this entry point. And this is where you place your attention in the first phase of their method for creating a Medicine of Light. (Do note that placing of your hands above your head is only for orientation purposes. You do not actually put your hands over your head when creating the Medicines of Light).
Once you place your awareness in the area of your BA point, you hold in your mind the qualification of light you wish to receive. Let’s say, for example, that you have been, or will be, exposed to dangerous forms of radioactivity and are in danger of radiation poisoning. After focusing your attention on your BA point above your head, hold the intent that the energy that descends from your BA will be an energetic of healing and/or protection from radiation poisoning.
You then send the feeling of appreciation or gratitude upward from your heart chakra to the BA point above your head—as you hold the intent or qualification that the energetic imparted to you from your BA will protect and/or heal you from radiation poisoning.
Next you shift your attention from your BA point to your heart chakra (in the center of your chest beneath the sternum) and then wait to receive the energetic of protection and healing from your BA.
Those of you new to this may need to send the intent or qualification along with the feeling of appreciation or gratitude to your BA several times before you notice a response. But just keep sending this intention joined with the feeling of appreciation or gratitude upward to your BA until you feel a descent of energy. When you feel the descent of energy from your Celestial Soul, shift your awareness to your heart chakra. Allow your heart center to receive this energetic of protection and healing.
You then place your hands around or over a container of pure water and send this energetic received from your Celestial Soul into the water. The energetic of healing and/or protection that has entered your heart center will move down your arms and into the water through the two chakras that are in the center of the palm of each hand.
Repeat this process for a total of three times. Then drink the water.
If you are in a precarious situation, the Hathors advise that you create a Medicine of Light several times a day and drink it according to your intuition.
As the Hathors point out, Medicines of Light have many more applications than just protection and healing from radiation poisoning. You can use these to protect and/or heal yourself from neurotoxins, as well as bacterial and viral infections. Although they did not mention it, I asked the Hathors after they gave this message if the method would work for other physical challenges such as cancer. And they said that Medicines of Light could most definitely be created in the same way to deal with this type of situation—as well as others.
Obviously, if you are dealing with a serious situation such as radiation poisoning, exposure to neurotoxins, and/or epidemics of bacterial and viral infections, you will want to avail yourself of all medical remedies. In other words, this method is not meant to replace medical or public health solutions, but is meant to be an adjunct, something you can do yourself—for yourself.
After giving their message, I asked the Hathors about making Medicines of Light for those who are unable to do it for themselves, like children and pets. They said that you would use the same method, except for the fact that you would qualify the intent for the child or animal you are going to give the Medicine to. For example, if you were creating a Medicine of Light to protect or heal yourself from radiation poisoning, you would send the thought that the energetic you are going to receive from your Celestial Soul is for your own personal protection or healing. If you were going to do this for a child or a pet, you would send the thought that the energetic you are going to receive from your Celestial Soul is for the protection or healing of the being you are going to give the Medicine to, i.e. your child or your pet.
It is here that I would like to interject something. It is far better to teach someone how to create a Medicine of Light than to create a dependency. The ability to create Medicines of Light is an inherent ability in all human beings. It is part of our multidimensional legacy. And to empower someone to do this for him or her self is a service to his or her mastery.
I would personally hate to see this method being used by “healers” to create Medicines of Light for others under the guise that they have some special powers that others do not. This method for creating Medicines of Light is a human birthright, and my feeling is that it should be shared with all persons.
There is much that I would like to share about this simple method for creating Medicines of Light, but philosophical and metaphysical observations will have to wait for another time.

Full Moon/Spring Equinox update: wowza!
I'm posting the following information from Jose and Lena Stevens, their site is thepowerpath.com. Another extremely powerful astrological configuration. I keep recalling the words of astrologer Dawn Silver, "These are not normal times!".

The Full Moon is Saturday, March 19 at 12:10 PM (noon) Mountain Daylight Time. This is a super moon with strong energies and very close to the earth. If you can possibly be around a power spot during this moon it would be a benefit. However, you can take advantage of the amazing energies wherever you are. Being so close to the spring equinox, this full moon signifies change and opportunity. Pay attention to any opportunity that has landed your way. If it has come easily perhaps you are prepared to act on it especially if it feels right. This is the time for a bid for power. Know that the planet is different. Our footing has shifted and quite literally. Symbolized by the reactor issue, we are being challenged to manage our own power, overcome our fears and step into a new paradigm. There will always be loss connected with change. Always look to the opportunity rather than what is no longer available. Trust the larger picture and greater design of evolution and know that spirit does not make mistakes.
The Spring Equinox is Sunday, March 20 at 5:21 PM Mountain Daylight Time. Do something to honor the fire element this month. Burn something old that represents not only what you wish to give over from the past few months or weeks, but something from your childhood or from your youth that represents very powerfully an identity of yours that is past. This would also be a great time to identify something you are still attached to and either symbolically or actually burn it. Fire is purifying and signifies complete change and transformation. Fire is also the masculine counterpart to the feminine power of water. Both of these elements are strong this year and should be honored as representing the masculine and the feminine within ourselves. Use them, honor them, and thank them.

The Full Moon is Saturday, March 19 at 12:10 PM (noon) Mountain Daylight Time. This is a super moon with strong energies and very close to the earth. If you can possibly be around a power spot during this moon it would be a benefit. However, you can take advantage of the amazing energies wherever you are. Being so close to the spring equinox, this full moon signifies change and opportunity. Pay attention to any opportunity that has landed your way. If it has come easily perhaps you are prepared to act on it especially if it feels right. This is the time for a bid for power. Know that the planet is different. Our footing has shifted and quite literally. Symbolized by the reactor issue, we are being challenged to manage our own power, overcome our fears and step into a new paradigm. There will always be loss connected with change. Always look to the opportunity rather than what is no longer available. Trust the larger picture and greater design of evolution and know that spirit does not make mistakes.
The Spring Equinox is Sunday, March 20 at 5:21 PM Mountain Daylight Time. Do something to honor the fire element this month. Burn something old that represents not only what you wish to give over from the past few months or weeks, but something from your childhood or from your youth that represents very powerfully an identity of yours that is past. This would also be a great time to identify something you are still attached to and either symbolically or actually burn it. Fire is purifying and signifies complete change and transformation. Fire is also the masculine counterpart to the feminine power of water. Both of these elements are strong this year and should be honored as representing the masculine and the feminine within ourselves. Use them, honor them, and thank them.

Hi..like me, you may be wondering what you can do to help or hold light with all the events in Japan. One thing I can do is share inpsiring messages with you, and here's one from Sandra Ingerman, a great teacher of shamanism and someone of great love and integrity. There is an extreme level of panic that is being "blasted" into the collective over the fear of radiation moving through our atmosphere.
Of course there are precautions we all must take on a physical level. But it is also important to remember that it is our egos that are moving into panic.
It is crucial right now that you do the spiritual work you have been practicing over the years. Take the time to find your center. Go out and spend lots of time in nature to center and refocus. Breathe deeply and remember that you are spiritual light and have all the tools and internal spiritual wisdom to guide you during this time.
As a global community we do have great power as we work together spiritually. Let us project a vision of healing and peace. Project a vision of cooling for the nuclear reactors and further disaster being avoided.
Do your transfiguration practice daily and throughout the day and experience yourself as divine light. Divine light has the power to transmute and transform all energies into healing energies. Let us carry on the work that has shown itself to have so much potential for healing.
We must strengthen our spiritual connections so that we can always be open to receive spiritual information when we need it.

The glory of your true Light is beginning to shine through your physical vehicles and is readily discerned by those who have ‘the sight’. Continue your practice of visualizing your etheric body which surrounds your physical body radiant with the pure Golden White Light of the Christ. This practice is very powerful in helping to bring in greater Light into your body and into your home and World.
As the density drops away from your bodies, you become luminous Beings and each of you walks upon this World with a halo of Light around your crown chakra. This Light is growing in magnificence each day so continue to reach upwards like a sunflower reaching its petals to the Sun celebrating life upon this beautiful Planet. Each day try to remember to thank the Earth, the sky, the four directions, above and below, the air for vitality and life force, the water for sustaining life forms, the elementals and all the kingdoms upon and within the Earth.
For when you are in gratitude, the Universe just loves to give you more of what you are grateful for. Each night before bedtime or perhaps first thing in the morning, make a list of all the blessings in your lives and really feel the emotion of joy and thankfulness from within your heart for all that you have been given. You can sustain yourselves in the frequency of joy and gratitude just by intending to do so and it is wonderful to observe that each of you is doing this more consistently and persistently.
Many of you are now moving into your next steps along the spiritual path that you have chosen before incarnating upon this Planet. As you let your heart and inner instincts guide you as you just follow, you will be surely and gracefully led to that which is the highest good for your selves right where you are now. The synchronicities are flowing smoothly and miraculously within your daily lives and your lives are moving in wondrous rhythm and Divine flow.
As you surrender to this flow and focus on each moment with your full and undivided attention, you will begin experiencing multi-dimensional flashes of insight and vision. Observe all that you can of these occurrences and record it in your journal along with the dates and times. Sometimes, your Higher Self and guides are giving you a message that will not be immediately obvious but which will be found upon the reviewing of your notes. Many clues and signs are being given all around you and being open to their messages will align you further with your Higher Selves.
The hidden worlds are beginning to come into view and you will be delighted to begin to see the inhabitants of these worlds as they become visible before you. This, of course, will happen as each of you surrender yourselves to the love of the Creator and just let go of all former preconceived mental expectations and just become as a child, full of wonder and delight at the magic that surrounds them. As you release the last of the density that has held you back for so long, you will begin to feel as light as the wind and the clouds and your feelings of joy will increase.
Along with these feelings will come moments of remembrance of the truth of yourselves and all that you really are. Many of you will treat these flashes of remembrance as ‘flights of fancy’ rather than ‘reality’ and we say to you, Beloved Ones, that you must have faith that what you are beginning to perceive around you, is in fact, the true reality. Believe in yourselves and trust your intuitive guidance in all things. Let go of any remaining fear and doubt and you will soon soar with the Eagles as your Souls rise in freedom.

The 9th wave begins on March 9th
Friends, if you think things have been moving fast, just you wait! Here are some predictions based on the Mayan Calendar. This year, 2011, and the 18 days beginning March 9th, there will be great movement towards world unity. Hallelujah!
Things are also expected to be 20 times more accelerated than they have been. I can't even imagine what the implications of that are.
I am feeling moved to get something started in response, locally or online...perhaps a chain of events to support our coming together in a unity wave! Let me know what you think.

March 9, 2011: Dawn of the Unity Wave
Last year large numbers of people gathered in the Conscious Convergence event on July 17-18, 2010, setting an intention to manifest unity consciousness as the Ninth, and highest, of the Mayan waves brings the universe to its highest state of existence. This event served as a base camp for intention setting and ascension towards Unity consciousness; We celebrated in joy in the most varied forms, ranging from the temples of Bali to the Mayan elders in Guatemala and from the Sami in the North to the Bushmen in the Kalahari. We could for the first time ever see our planet emerging as a sacred space encircled by a global medicine wheel.*
We are now approaching the actual beginning of this wave of unity consciousness, which begins on March 9, 2011. This is the ninth wave also known as the Universal Underworld. This wave includes thirteen uaxaclahunkin (18 day) periods that propel a process designed to lead the universe and the human beings to their highest state of consciousness.** The purpose of this article is to provide some additional background to this wave, its initiation date and suggest how the energy of the wave may be used in the most beneficial way. This requires that I again summarize the basic structure of the cosmic time plan as understood from the Mayan calendar.
Many people have in recent years come to know about the existence of the Mayan calendar and its purported end date, but surprisingly, not so many have assimilated what the ancient inscriptions are saying about it. In fact, there is only one known ancient inscription that mentions the calendar end -- Monument 6 from Tortuguero*** describes what will happen when the calendar comes to an end. The current reading of this ancient inscription by professional Mayanists is that we will then “witness the display of Bolon Yokte Ku in his full costume and regalia.” So whatever else you might have heard associated with the end of the Mayan calendar such as a pole shift, the end of the world, a galactic alignment, solar flares, radiation from the center of the galaxy, etc., actually lacks foundation in any ancient Mayan text.
Yet what obviously does have a background in an ancient Mayan inscription is Bolon, the number nine. At first sight, the reading of the Tortuguero Monument may sound cryptic and difficult to understand. There is however a lot of surrounding information about Bolon Yokte Ku that allows us to make sense of this insciption.*** Crucial to understanding is that Bolon Yokte Ku is the Nine-Support, or Nine-Step, entity of “period endings.” Bolon Yokte Ku, in other words, is a name for a cosmic pyramid in nine steps. Through extensive factual verification this pyramid has been shown to symbolize the nine levels of evolution the universe undergoes on its climb to its highest state of consciousness.
Each level of evolution, of Bolon Yokte Ku, the cosmic pyramid, is then developed through a series of thirteen time periods. These range from the hablatun (1.26 billion years) on the bottom level to the uaxaclahunkin of 18 days at the ninth level. This means a twenty times frequency increase and speed-up of time with every single step to a higher level. Soon, as of October 28, 2011, the energies of the nine waves are then all going to manifest fully. This final manifestation, I believe is what the ancient inscription refers to when it says that it will be witnessed how Bolon Yokte Ku will appear in his full regalia. The fruits of the nine waves will then appear in their fullness as these are simultaneously completed. This is no longer confusing if we accept that the ancient peoples of the world, including the Maya, would tend to personalize the cosmic forces describing them as “gods”, while, in the modern world, we would probably only describe this as nine energy waves.
As of March 9, 2011, the ninth and highest wave of the Bolon Yokte Ku will be activated. It seems to me that the purpose of this particular wave of 13 x 18 = 234 days is to cap the entire evolution of the universe that so far has been propelled by the eighth lower waves. From what we know about the changing polarities of consciousness of the nine waves it will do so by providing energies that are conducive to the human beings cocreating unity consciousness.
This is the purpose of the Ninth wave. So let us stop for a moment to contemplate the momentous place in time in which we find ourselves. Life, and especially human life, has evolved to the eighth level. Those that have actually climbed a physical Mayan pyramid, such as the pyramid of the Great Jaguar in Tikal, may be able to relate to the feeling of coming close to the top at the eighth level catching breath for the ascent to the top. We are now then about to start the climb to the ninth and highest level of life. It was to prepare for this momentous opportunity that many participated in the intention setting event of the Conscious Convergence last July. We now can follow the intentions we set at this event and actually manifest through co-creating Unity Consciousness. It is now time for us to follow up, and actually manifest the Unity Consciousness that was the intention of this event. The meaning of the unity wave that is now about to begin is for us to cocreate the appearance of Bolon Yokte Ku in its full splendor, the completion of the cosmic plan and its nine levels of evolution. As March 9, 2011 arrives, we are called to begin co-creating Unity Consciousness; March 9, 2011 is the dawn of the wave of unity.
Thus, the year of 2011 is not scheduled to be just like another year. Very likely this is our last chance to live up to being co-creators with the cosmic plan. As this Gregorian year began, the messages that circulated reflected our heightened ambivalence to the passage of time. On the one hand there were the every year kind of messages like: “Hope you will have a great 2011” or “what do you want to create for yourself in 2011?” as if this would just be like another year. Messages centered on the individual, based on a linear view of time made up from years following one after the other.
On the other hand, around the New Year reports started to come about the “aflockalypse.” Large numbers of fish, birds and animals simply died for no apparent reason. This instead pointed to anything but a linear continuation of time in 2011. The aflockalypse is possibly due to the frequency increase that the nine levels of the Mayan pyramid undergoes combined with the extreme degree to which humans have now pushed the ecology of the planet off balance. If this is true, it would call upon us to adapt to this new frequency and also shift completely from asking for things for ourselves and what we as egos or individuals may want from 2011 to what our egos may do to serve the delivery of the divine plan. The ninth wave of unity would then be calling for a complete shift in our way of being, to manifesting unity consciousness, which is the intended end result of the cosmic plan. If this is to happen, it may also call for extraordinary cosmic energies to fulfill the cosmic plan. In fact, maybe the ninth wave will be a Judgment Day that will save the world.
If there is a twenty-fold increase in frequency with every wave, the Ninth Wave, or Universal Underworld, will have a duration of 13 x 18 = 234 days and would then start March 9, 2011. It will progress through seven days and six intermediate nights, each being a uaxaclahunkin. In Mayan calendar language, this means an 18-day period. The 18-day periods can be subdivided into two nine-day counts (two days off from the classical nine lords of the night count) since they will have both an ascending and a descending phase and in this way we may see more clearly the link to classical Mayan calendrics. If the ninth wave is all about creating harmony from what has evolved previously then our task would be to ask the divine for guidance as to what we would do to arrive at this. If we are asking for global harmony we cannot however simply ask for our egos to guide us. Instead we will from the outset have to ask questions like: “What can I do to serve the cosmic plan?” or “What shall I do to further the manifestation of unity consciousness?” If the days of the ninth wave are the time periods most conducive to generating such unity consciousness then we will have to turn for spiritual guidance from the divine in phase exactly with these days of the Universal Underworld.
The ninth wave here joins the alpha to the omega in that for the first time in history it brings the nine-day count to the forefront of evolution. These will be extraordinary times and it is possible that we here will be confronted with a choice of truth versus tradition. The reason is that if the ninth wave will have the strength that we may expect from the evolution of a new underworld then it will be energetically more powerful and stronger than the traditional tzolkin count of 13 x 20 days. The Ninth level will, in other words, bring in a nine-day count that transcends the tzolkin in power and is more meaningful to follow for those seeking to align themselves with the cosmic plan. Still, of course, the tzolkin will continue to live on as an undercurrent of energies.
The rhythm of the Universal Underworld is then a nine-day climb of increasing intensity starting on March 9, 2011 followed by a descending intensity for the next eighteen (9+9) days until a new descent begins of eighteen (9+9) days. We will then have to learn to ride this wave in order to ultimately climb to the top of the pyramid to be able to witness the appearance of Bolon Yokte Ku in “his” full regalia. March 9, 2011: Dawn of the Unity Wave
Last year large numbers of people gathered in the Conscious Convergence event on July 17-18, 2010, setting an intention to manifest unity consciousness as the Ninth, and highest, of the Mayan waves brings the universe to its highest state of existence. This event served as a base camp for intention setting and ascension towards Unity consciousness; We celebrated in joy in the most varied forms, ranging from the temples of Bali to the Mayan elders in Guatemala and from the Sami in the North to the Bushmen in the Kalahari. We could for the first time ever see our planet emerging as a sacred space encircled by a global medicine wheel.*
We are now approaching the actual beginning of this wave of unity consciousness, which begins on March 9, 2011. This is the ninth wave also known as the Universal Underworld. This wave includes thirteen uaxaclahunkin (18 day) periods that propel a process designed to lead the universe and the human beings to their highest state of consciousness.** The purpose of this article is to provide some additional background to this wave, its initiation date and suggest how the energy of the wave may be used in the most beneficial way. This requires that I again summarize the basic structure of the cosmic time plan as understood from the Mayan calendar.
Many people have in recent years come to know about the existence of the Mayan calendar and its purported end date, but surprisingly, not so many have assimilated what the ancient inscriptions are saying about it. In fact, there is only one known ancient inscription that mentions the calendar end -- Monument 6 from Tortuguero*** describes what will happen when the calendar comes to an end. The current reading of this ancient inscription by professional Mayanists is that we will then “witness the display of Bolon Yokte Ku in his full costume and regalia.” So whatever else you might have heard associated with the end of the Mayan calendar such as a pole shift, the end of the world, a galactic alignment, solar flares, radiation from the center of the galaxy, etc., actually lacks foundation in any ancient Mayan text.
Yet what obviously does have a background in an ancient Mayan inscription is Bolon, the number nine. At first sight, the reading of the Tortuguero Monument may sound cryptic and difficult to understand. There is however a lot of surrounding information about Bolon Yokte Ku that allows us to make sense of this insciption.*** Crucial to understanding is that Bolon Yokte Ku is the Nine-Support, or Nine-Step, entity of “period endings.” Bolon Yokte Ku, in other words, is a name for a cosmic pyramid in nine steps. Through extensive factual verification this pyramid has been shown to symbolize the nine levels of evolution the universe undergoes on its climb to its highest state of consciousness.
Each level of evolution, of Bolon Yokte Ku, the cosmic pyramid, is then developed through a series of thirteen time periods. These range from the hablatun (1.26 billion years) on the bottom level to the uaxaclahunkin of 18 days at the ninth level. This means a twenty times frequency increase and speed-up of time with every single step to a higher level. Soon, as of October 28, 2011, the energies of the nine waves are then all going to manifest fully. This final manifestation, I believe is what the ancient inscription refers to when it says that it will be witnessed how Bolon Yokte Ku will appear in his full regalia. The fruits of the nine waves will then appear in their fullness as these are simultaneously completed. This is no longer confusing if we accept that the ancient peoples of the world, including the Maya, would tend to personalize the cosmic forces describing them as “gods”, while, in the modern world, we would probably only describe this as nine energy waves.
As of March 9, 2011, the ninth and highest wave of the Bolon Yokte Ku will be activated. It seems to me that the purpose of this particular wave of 13 x 18 = 234 days is to cap the entire evolution of the universe that so far has been propelled by the eighth lower waves. From what we know about the changing polarities of consciousness of the nine waves it will do so by providing energies that are conducive to the human beings cocreating unity consciousness.
This is the purpose of the Ninth wave. So let us stop for a moment to contemplate the momentous place in time in which we find ourselves. Life, and especially human life, has evolved to the eighth level. Those that have actually climbed a physical Mayan pyramid, such as the pyramid of the Great Jaguar in Tikal, may be able to relate to the feeling of coming close to the top at the eighth level catching breath for the ascent to the top. We are now then about to start the climb to the ninth and highest level of life. It was to prepare for this momentous opportunity that many participated in the intention setting event of the Conscious Convergence last July. We now can follow the intentions we set at this event and actually manifest through co-creating Unity Consciousness. It is now time for us to follow up, and actually manifest the Unity Consciousness that was the intention of this event. The meaning of the unity wave that is now about to begin is for us to cocreate the appearance of Bolon Yokte Ku in its full splendor, the completion of the cosmic plan and its nine levels of evolution. As March 9, 2011 arrives, we are called to begin co-creating Unity Consciousness; March 9, 2011 is the dawn of the wave of unity.
Thus, the year of 2011 is not scheduled to be just like another year. Very likely this is our last chance to live up to being co-creators with the cosmic plan. As this Gregorian year began, the messages that circulated reflected our heightened ambivalence to the passage of time. On the one hand there were the every year kind of messages like: “Hope you will have a great 2011” or “what do you want to create for yourself in 2011?” as if this would just be like another year. Messages centered on the individual, based on a linear view of time made up from years following one after the other.
On the other hand, around the New Year reports started to come about the “aflockalypse.” Large numbers of fish, birds and animals simply died for no apparent reason. This instead pointed to anything but a linear continuation of time in 2011. The aflockalypse is possibly due to the frequency increase that the nine levels of the Mayan pyramid undergoes combined with the extreme degree to which humans have now pushed the ecology of the planet off balance. If this is true, it would call upon us to adapt to this new frequency and also shift completely from asking for things for ourselves and what we as egos or individuals may want from 2011 to what our egos may do to serve the delivery of the divine plan. The ninth wave of unity would then be calling for a complete shift in our way of being, to manifesting unity consciousness, which is the intended end result of the cosmic plan. If this is to happen, it may also call for extraordinary cosmic energies to fulfill the cosmic plan. In fact, maybe the ninth wave will be a Judgment Day that will save the world.
If there is a twenty-fold increase in frequency with every wave, the Ninth Wave, or Universal Underworld, will have a duration of 13 x 18 = 234 days and would then start March 9, 2011. It will progress through seven days and six intermediate nights, each being a uaxaclahunkin. In Mayan calendar language, this means an 18-day period. The 18-day periods can be subdivided into two nine-day counts (two days off from the classical nine lords of the night count) since they will have both an ascending and a descending phase and in this way we may see more clearly the link to classical Mayan calendrics. If the ninth wave is all about creating harmony from what has evolved previously then our task would be to ask the divine for guidance as to what we would do to arrive at this. If we are asking for global harmony we cannot however simply ask for our egos to guide us. Instead we will from the outset have to ask questions like: “What can I do to serve the cosmic plan?” or “What shall I do to further the manifestation of unity consciousness?” If the days of the ninth wave are the time periods most conducive to generating such unity consciousness then we will have to turn for spiritual guidance from the divine in phase exactly with these days of the Universal Underworld.
The ninth wave here joins the alpha to the omega in that for the first time in history it brings the nine-day count to the forefront of evolution. These will be extraordinary times and it is possible that we here will be confronted with a choice of truth versus tradition. What's happening? Couldn't have said it better myself!
Hi, this was passed on to my by an intuitive healer here in Santa Fe. I could almost have written this..it so reflects my own experience. Here we go! May you find some ideas here that are useful, supportive and relevant.

November left us for dead.
If you have been feeling like you are suddenly back at the very beginning of your journey again, experiencing the same situations/sicknesses/emotional entanglements/financial hardships/etc,take heed.
Some heavy goo has been kicked up the last 40 days and 40 nights… and if you were as deep in it as I was, no doubt you spent most of those on your back (all I can say is…thank gawd for the new season of Housewives...and all other mindless Bravo brain fodder).
From the very end of October and thru the entire month of November we endured such a legendary disconnect period that for the first time ever, I was not sure if I would still be writing these updates when we emerged on the other side. I mean, we have certainly plowed thru p l e n t y of void periods over the last decade or so, but November brought the whole concept next level…to the point that I was unable to hear, feel, think, sense or intuit anything outside of my physical reality…which was also very bleak, mind you. It was like the universe just dropped us off in the middle of the forest..left us to our own human devices without a pack of matches, a GPS or a US weekly.
Personally, I was reduced to a toddler-like-state with a month long temper tantrum…vacillating between flipping off the forces that be, and quivering in my pillow to the tune of: "I want my mommy". If I didn't have abandonment issues prior to ascension, I definitely do now. My extreme child-like resistance to this punishment...a month without a purpose…was completely laughable to anyone who witnessed me, but soooooo not funny. I just could not get away from myself…everywhere I went, there I was.
In a word…brutal. In two words…upyoursmuthafatha god.
Luckily, since the new moon last Sunday, there is a very different vibe slowly leaking into the earth plane and we are reconnecting again while adjusting to this new space we are now inhabiting...albeit a little lighter. Well, still fat, but with less emotional encumbrances.
The Disconnect - So what gives?
First of all, I had to call in the big guns for back-up this time around, otherwise I would have never gotten this update out...so this blogcast is officially brought to you by three separate sponsors: the Andromedan Collective, the Pleiadian High Council and the Spiritual Hierarchy.
I needed all the help I could get to make some sense of the nightmare we just lived through and from what I can gather, (if you weren't forced to push the eject button) November offered us two things :
1) An emotional upgrade…the loss of more of our ego-created selves so that we can inhabit more of our authentic self and live directly from the heart. Loss = mourning, so if you spent the last month crying over spilled milk, welcome to the hormonally imbalanced. We are mourning the loss of more outdated aspects of ourselves (those things that we thought we would be, do or have in this lifetime, but didn't) which of course can also create a fleeting identity crisis leaving us vulnerable and skinless…pervious to all lower forms of energy and feeling as though we have no protection from societal forces of harshness. We are slowly coming out of a very inward period where even getting the mail may have felt like torture.
This sloughing-off included everything from releasing played-out relationships & responsibilities to shedding more preconceived ideas of who we thought we were and what we thought we were here to contribute... and everything in between. The reconnection of this higher level, heart-based intelligence required an extensive rewire and manifested as a zombie-like state, a complete lack of interest in living…not even so much an interest in dying, just an overwhelming indifference to life... and of course with a side dish of physical misery to boot.
This disconnect period may have surfaced in a myriad of ways for you but the most obvious symptom of the void is that it is difficult-to-impossible to feel good or connected to anything in any realm.
Some common side of effects are as follows: disinterest in our passions, purpose, potential, projects, creativity, all those things we normally enjoy, etc...the inability to connect to our higher guidance... financial hardship/sluggishness...lack of desire to care for/nurture our bodies/exercise/eat well (even the foods we eat seem tired and unappealing)…feeling constantly dissatisfied yet not knowing how to feel fulfilled/can manifest as hunger that won't go away even after a meal, unsatisfying sleep, etc…wanting/needing to be alone and feeling relentlessly fatigued.
These periods are some of the most difficult to navigate on the ascension journey, but the undeniable truth is, they eventually and always bring us to a higher and better-feeling place. Even when we don't think we will survive it, and we have absolutely convinced ourselves that we are completely delusional and that nothing good will ever come of sacrificing a decade or two of our lives …something beautiful and amazing always pops thru…and just in the nick of time.
2) On a physical level, we have been undergoing some MASSIVE etheric reconstructive brain surgery…some of which is still "bleeding" into December and will not be complete until the beginning of January as we find our new footing and try to make sense of this new reality we are adjusting our focus to. If you have been experiencing a literal inability to focus or make cognitive sense of things (what I call left-brain dead), or an unusual amount of spinning/dizziness/vertigo/loss of balance/eye issues/burning, itching & watery eyes/spaciness and/or sinus headaches & migraines...most likely its related to this upgrade.
This extensive brain rewiring manifested as the result of joining polarized spiritual forces within the 6th and 7th chakras (pituitary/pineal glands)... the blending of the divine feminine and masculine energies that are fully responsible for our entrance and focus (hence vision issues) into galactic consciousness via the higher mind. The Andromedans reassure us that this recalibration period was quite an extraordinary event, and one that completes the release from karmic re-creation…the universally heralded and perceptual "shift of the ages".
As we reorient ourselves to the new timeline and our physical bodies begin to harmonize with the new frequencies, we will begin to see, feel, and experience new dimensional patterns based in a higher reality construct. The secrets once hidden from our mortal sight will become available to us and our vision will become keener... our perceptions, more profound.
In other words, the shift from November to January is a deeply physical one and is resulting in our reconnection to unity consciousness and divine love. In fact, I am told that November was primarily a biological restructuring period and one that required us to be completely unplugged from our current level of consciousness so that we could be reoriented to the new timeline.
Make no mistake…this recent disconnect was the mother-load of all disconnects. If your wheels came off like mine did, its simply because its time for a new set.
The Reconnect
After a disconnect period, there is always a reconnect period…albeit to a higher level/frequency…which is what we are in the process of assimilating to now. Though technically we are still between worlds, the Pleiadians share that as a result of this recent reconnection, those who partake in and are aligned with the divine developments on earth will experience a great shift in mind, body and spirit…a harmonizing shift that will offer us the ability to further stabilize ourselves in the increasing frequencies, to maintain equilibrium in our cells, and to consciously coexist with our brothers and sisters of divine heritage as reconnected galactic humans in 2011.
As always there is an adjustment period (aka, pain) required to bring our lower bodies into alignment with our higher self because we are now vibrating at a much higher rate and our cells still need time to adjust. The month of December will definitely be a time to re-harmonize...an intense period of assimilating to the latest download so we are fully prepared to exercise our gifts and potential in the new timeline. That said, there is also a period of activity surfacing that will enable us to finish up details and actualize year-end goals as well as some new and aligned opportunities that may arise, compliments of the next 6 weeks of powerful galactic, astrological and celestial forces.

The Pleiadians also mention that our merkaba is changing.. the sacred geometric vehicles that house and transport our consciousness are rapidly increasing in spin and morphing into a new geometric construct which will support and enable our participation with ascended living. These changes are also responsible for our recently skewed depth perception and inability to focus from a particular point of reference. From what I am being shown, December is a powerhouse month beginning with a Mercury retrograde period that started today, 12/10, and will be returning direct on the 30th. Shortly after we have the 12/12…the final galactic gateway portal of 2010 which is pushing us to complete all the spiritual lessons that the last 12 months scraped up for us. We also have a VERY powerful solstice on the 21st (when the sun closely aligns with the galactic center), and another famous eclipse sandwich….a full moon and total lunar eclipse on the same day as the solstice and a partial solar eclipse on January 4, 2011. Mixed in with that caffeinated cup of cosmic coffee are some major celestial & astrological happenings threatening to cauterize our past…whether we feel ready or not.
In general, this month will be another month of completion. In addition to the holidays, there is much to be accomplished in both our inner and outer worlds and December offers us the opportunity to take advantage of these supportive energies for endings if we are paying attention. The eclipse period beginning on 12/21 will offer us a major portal of expansion…what the Spiritual Hierarchy refer to as a "wormhole from the old to the new". "The illuminated energies from this (eclipse) portal will besiege those who choose to release themselves from the old and willfully embrace the new."
Like most months, I am being shown a combination of tiny bursts of forward movement, and longer periods of cellular integration, but this month there is a strong message coming thru for those who choose to exit their past via the eclipse portal…we are enthusiastically being reminded that we will not be able to carry any density with us to the other side, so this month is the final month to release emotional burdens and wrap up outworn affairs.
"As you walk forth into the month of December, you will be embraced by more loving energies, but you will also be called to complete many outworn tasks, behaviors, relationships, and activities that have held you bound. Realize that these next 6 weeks are a gift and will serve you well should you be willing to first let go and then fully open yourself to receiving. I know I say this a lot, but our new beginnings will not commence until every last personal detail has been completed and finalized and all wayward elements from the past are wrapped up. In other words, we can't skip any steps…anything that we've forgotten, suppressed or ignored will come at us like a spider monkey this month, so be sure to take a good look around your life and see whats left to deal with because this is a sort of last chance offer to empty our proverbial chalice.
If it feels in any way like you are being pushed too far, its because you are…we will be pushed to a breaking point in those areas of our lives that we are not seeing clearly, areas that need a shift in perspective or deeper understanding in order for us to become unhinged. We are being stretched as far as we can possibly go so as to encourage (?) us to deal with every last lingering detail, to strip away every illusion/delusion we've honored along the way so that we can be as empty and as pure as possible before we fill ourselves up with the new. Even without our participation, we will be all-but-forced resolve and absolve it all with the celestial powerhouses lining up to clean our clocks, I mean slates.
My advice? Always better to go willingly & consciously.
These final labor pains of 2010 will continue to pulsate and push us forth into the new waves of unity consciousness…waves of creativity and bliss that undulate in increasing frequency in 2011. So know that from now until the eclipse period we are receiving this final call to separate ourselves from all that no longer serves us (limiting thoughts, situations, relationships, homes, careers, health issues, etc)..cuz come the eclipse sandwich, we will be sucked up and spit out by cosmic forces way beyond our control…vibrationally sifted and sorted...and landing in our new reality with the task of figuring out how the heck everything works in this as-yet-unknown-territory.

Physical Happenings
We have been rapidly and intensively changing on a cellular level, preparing our new human templates...which are meticulously designed to operate on the new timeline…for a very long time. These upgraded biology suits will hold more light and participate seamlessly with the new timeline. This is very exciting, however it also unfortunately means some physical discomfort.
The list of symptoms is long and varies as usual, but the most intense symptoms this time around (especially last month) seemed to manifest in the head/neck area.
As mentioned earlier, the pituitary/pineal activations created lots of dizziness/vertigo/loss of balance/vision problems/burning, itchy & watery eyes/spaciness and/or sinus headaches & migraines, stuffed/runny nose, post nasal drip, inability to focus, migraines, sinus headaches, fatigue, sleep changes (insomnia/deep sleeps…up at night, down during the day), night sweats, wild and vivid dreams, etc.
There were also those who experienced flu-like symptoms with lots of muscle aches, neck stiffness/pain, sore throat, mouth/teeth pain, clogged ears and tons of back pain (fluctuating between lower/upper/middle…sometimes all three).
We also experienced a major solar plexus (power) activation in the beginning of December which may have created temporary waves of stomach pains & digestion issues as well as the usual heart opening and grounding symptoms: heartburn/indigestion, soreness behind the heart, nausea, palpitations and rapid heart beat...lower back/leg aches, sharp shooting pains in rectum/tailbone area, sore ankles, legs and feet, intestinal clearings (candida/skin rashes/inflammations) etc.
We are going thru major and magnificent biological changes needed for our new life experiences so its very important to listen to what our body's are telling us….even if it is diametrically opposed to all we have been taught. Protein cravings are very common during major integrations, as well as periods of no appetite…or you may even need a random carb fix at 3am during one of those insomnia streaks.
When in doubt, nurture yourself like a pregnant woman… give your body what it wants/needs when you can and don't hold back…even & especially if that means 15 hours of sleep…per day.

November left us for dead.
If you have been feeling like you are suddenly back at the very beginning of your journey again, experiencing the same situations/sicknesses/emotional entanglements/financial hardships/etc,take heed.
Some heavy goo has been kicked up the last 40 days and 40 nights… and if you were as deep in it as I was, no doubt you spent most of those on your back (all I can say is…thank gawd for the new season of Housewives...and all other mindless Bravo brain fodder).
From the very end of October and thru the entire month of November we endured such a legendary disconnect period that for the first time ever, I was not sure if I would still be writing these updates when we emerged on the other side. I mean, we have certainly plowed thru p l e n t y of void periods over the last decade or so, but November brought the whole concept next level…to the point that I was unable to hear, feel, think, sense or intuit anything outside of my physical reality…which was also very bleak, mind you. It was like the universe just dropped us off in the middle of the forest..left us to our own human devices without a pack of matches, a GPS or a US weekly.
Personally, I was reduced to a toddler-like-state with a month long temper tantrum…vacillating between flipping off the forces that be, and quivering in my pillow to the tune of: "I want my mommy". If I didn't have abandonment issues prior to ascension, I definitely do now. My extreme child-like resistance to this punishment...a month without a purpose…was completely laughable to anyone who witnessed me, but soooooo not funny. I just could not get away from myself…everywhere I went, there I was.
In a word…brutal. In two words…upyoursmuthafatha god.
Luckily, since the new moon last Sunday, there is a very different vibe slowly leaking into the earth plane and we are reconnecting again while adjusting to this new space we are now inhabiting...albeit a little lighter. Well, still fat, but with less emotional encumbrances.
The Disconnect - So what gives?
First of all, I had to call in the big guns for back-up this time around, otherwise I would have never gotten this update out...so this blogcast is officially brought to you by three separate sponsors: the Andromedan Collective, the Pleiadian High Council and the Spiritual Hierarchy.
I needed all the help I could get to make some sense of the nightmare we just lived through and from what I can gather, (if you weren't forced to push the eject button) November offered us two things :
1) An emotional upgrade…the loss of more of our ego-created selves so that we can inhabit more of our authentic self and live directly from the heart. Loss = mourning, so if you spent the last month crying over spilled milk, welcome to the hormonally imbalanced. We are mourning the loss of more outdated aspects of ourselves (those things that we thought we would be, do or have in this lifetime, but didn't) which of course can also create a fleeting identity crisis leaving us vulnerable and skinless…pervious to all lower forms of energy and feeling as though we have no protection from societal forces of harshness. We are slowly coming out of a very inward period where even getting the mail may have felt like torture.
This sloughing-off included everything from releasing played-out relationships & responsibilities to shedding more preconceived ideas of who we thought we were and what we thought we were here to contribute... and everything in between. The reconnection of this higher level, heart-based intelligence required an extensive rewire and manifested as a zombie-like state, a complete lack of interest in living…not even so much an interest in dying, just an overwhelming indifference to life... and of course with a side dish of physical misery to boot.
This disconnect period may have surfaced in a myriad of ways for you but the most obvious symptom of the void is that it is difficult-to-impossible to feel good or connected to anything in any realm.
Some common side of effects are as follows: disinterest in our passions, purpose, potential, projects, creativity, all those things we normally enjoy, etc...the inability to connect to our higher guidance... financial hardship/sluggishness...lack of desire to care for/nurture our bodies/exercise/eat well (even the foods we eat seem tired and unappealing)…feeling constantly dissatisfied yet not knowing how to feel fulfilled/can manifest as hunger that won't go away even after a meal, unsatisfying sleep, etc…wanting/needing to be alone and feeling relentlessly fatigued.
These periods are some of the most difficult to navigate on the ascension journey, but the undeniable truth is, they eventually and always bring us to a higher and better-feeling place. Even when we don't think we will survive it, and we have absolutely convinced ourselves that we are completely delusional and that nothing good will ever come of sacrificing a decade or two of our lives …something beautiful and amazing always pops thru…and just in the nick of time.
2) On a physical level, we have been undergoing some MASSIVE etheric reconstructive brain surgery…some of which is still "bleeding" into December and will not be complete until the beginning of January as we find our new footing and try to make sense of this new reality we are adjusting our focus to. If you have been experiencing a literal inability to focus or make cognitive sense of things (what I call left-brain dead), or an unusual amount of spinning/dizziness/vertigo/loss of balance/eye issues/burning, itching & watery eyes/spaciness and/or sinus headaches & migraines...most likely its related to this upgrade.
This extensive brain rewiring manifested as the result of joining polarized spiritual forces within the 6th and 7th chakras (pituitary/pineal glands)... the blending of the divine feminine and masculine energies that are fully responsible for our entrance and focus (hence vision issues) into galactic consciousness via the higher mind. The Andromedans reassure us that this recalibration period was quite an extraordinary event, and one that completes the release from karmic re-creation…the universally heralded and perceptual "shift of the ages".
As we reorient ourselves to the new timeline and our physical bodies begin to harmonize with the new frequencies, we will begin to see, feel, and experience new dimensional patterns based in a higher reality construct. The secrets once hidden from our mortal sight will become available to us and our vision will become keener... our perceptions, more profound.
In other words, the shift from November to January is a deeply physical one and is resulting in our reconnection to unity consciousness and divine love. In fact, I am told that November was primarily a biological restructuring period and one that required us to be completely unplugged from our current level of consciousness so that we could be reoriented to the new timeline.
Make no mistake…this recent disconnect was the mother-load of all disconnects. If your wheels came off like mine did, its simply because its time for a new set.
The Reconnect
After a disconnect period, there is always a reconnect period…albeit to a higher level/frequency…which is what we are in the process of assimilating to now. Though technically we are still between worlds, the Pleiadians share that as a result of this recent reconnection, those who partake in and are aligned with the divine developments on earth will experience a great shift in mind, body and spirit…a harmonizing shift that will offer us the ability to further stabilize ourselves in the increasing frequencies, to maintain equilibrium in our cells, and to consciously coexist with our brothers and sisters of divine heritage as reconnected galactic humans in 2011.
As always there is an adjustment period (aka, pain) required to bring our lower bodies into alignment with our higher self because we are now vibrating at a much higher rate and our cells still need time to adjust. The month of December will definitely be a time to re-harmonize...an intense period of assimilating to the latest download so we are fully prepared to exercise our gifts and potential in the new timeline. That said, there is also a period of activity surfacing that will enable us to finish up details and actualize year-end goals as well as some new and aligned opportunities that may arise, compliments of the next 6 weeks of powerful galactic, astrological and celestial forces.
