Some of you may be inspired at this time to complete something, clean something, change something. Get help if you need it.
This is a very physical full moon so you may experience everything from physical tension in the body to a lot more energy to go and do something physical. Make sure to move the body during this time so that the energy doesn't back up.

Solar Flares and How they are Affecting Us
If this doesn't point to our NEED to do work like Accelerated Belief Clearing and Resonance Repatterning, I don't know what does!
Exactly what is a solar flare and how does it affect us? This is a great article on the topic...and it explains my recent "fever-like" waves of hot and cold. You may relate as well.
"A solar flare is a magnetic storm on the Sun which appears to be a very bright spot and a gaseous surface eruption such as in the above photograph. Solar flares release huge amounts of high-energy particles and gases that are tremendously hot. They are ejected thousands of miles from the surface of the Sun.
According to Mitch Battros – Earth Changes Media, “One of the best known prophecies/predictions of our Mayan elders is the message of a changing paradigm of our era. In the words of the Maya, it is said that we are now in a time of “change and conflict”. The change is coming from the ‘outside” in the way of weather, natural phenomena, celestial disturbance (sun flares) and manmade self-inflicted trauma. The conflict comes from the ‘inside’ in the way of personal challenge, grief, bewilderment, depression, anxiety, and fear. It is said we are “at the cross roads”. I have noticed in my own research that solar activity is known to influence human consciousness. Solar flares affect the Central Nervous System (stomach lining), all brain activity (including equilibrium), along with human behaviour and all psycho-physiological (mental-emotional-physical) response. Solar flares can cause us to be nervous, anxiousness, worrisome, jittery, dizzy, shaky, irritable, lethargic, exhausted, have short term memory problems and heart palpitations, feel nauseous, queasy, and to have prolonged head pressure and headaches.

Divine Message for Right Now

As always I pray you are well.
A dear friend and mentor of mine, currently on a profound journey with cancer, who, as he calls it is living his 'bonus life,' has been receiving loving and supportive and brilliant e-mails from people all over the world.
He sent the short one below to me last week. It went right to my heart. I was then compelled to share it with you, with his permission. It speaks to each and every one of us. It's not mutually exclusive to cancer. These simple words are life changing if we will allow them to authentically register with us.

Today, I received an email from a friend in Australia. She had dinner with her friend, a breast cancer survivor. Here is that woman's message to everyone. I'm passing it along, because I think it has real value for everyone who wants to live an authentic life.
My message to anyone dealing with physical illness is: Love yourself unconditionally! Regardless of what illness you have, or treatments you choose, whether natural, holistic, or conventional, the most important thing is to choose to treat your condition from love, rather than fear! Always see yourself as whole and well. Watch your emotions, and always make choices based on your love for your life and health, rather than to react from fear! Choose actions that lovingly move you towards wholeness and health, rather than actions taken out of fear to move you away from illness.
We seem to believe that we constantly have to work on ourselves to improve ourselves and become "better." But the question is, better by whose standards?
I spent a lifetime trying to live up to other people's unrealistic standards of how I "should" be - and all it did was cause me cancer, because I constantly believed that I wasn't good enough. In truth, all we have to do is BE OURSELVES!
We don't realize that we are actually perfect just the way we are. We are born perfect, but spend a lifetime trying to be something we are not, and then feel inadequate for failing. Your only purpose is to be yourself, otherwise you will deprive the Universe of Who You Truly Are.
The following message comes from Spirit: (through Maureen)
You are amongst the last generation of a 26,000 year cycle. You are amongst the first that will wake up on the other side of the conscious membrane that defines the two cycles of the human experience at the end of 2012.
Who you allow yourself to authentically become, what template you choose to inhabit, human or Divine, what heart and mind you chose, yours or Mine to think and feel through by the close of this cycle, is what you will carry and live with on the New Earth for a very long time.
Each choice you take matters deeply now. Each thought you hold, matters deeply now. Raising your vibration, consciously, daily matters deeply now. Choose well. Choose with love, with presence, with conscious care of yourself.
My children of the Earth, you are a Divinely assembled and chosen group, about to enter the final days of a long and arduous climb. Watch your steps. You are walking into a new Template of Creation, and from that Template you will begin a new form of your evolution.
The end of this cycle of suffering is in sight for you Beloveds; for your body, your mind and your Spirit, if you will only allow Me in, in ways you may never have before. Allow Me to make My descent deeply into you, allowing you to ascend and enter into a new Template of Divine Creation.
Surrender, be still, be authentic at each turn, breathe, listen and make room for Me to lead you. Pay close attention to symbols, signs, whispers, experiences that come your way, how you feel, not how you think; and that which shifts. And then, follow in that direction.
You are activating the code within you of the Christ Consciousness, the God Consciousness, as they are One. I Am here as the God of Your Being to assist you.
It is imperative that you make your life a sacred expression in all ways, from what you eat to how you treat each other and how you love and honor your truest Self. As you do, you will Christ your own Self.
In full consciousness, make every movement sacred, every choice sacred, every word spoken sacred, and every relationship you engage with sacred.
At the time of your birthing, you were given everything and everyone that you needed to accomplish this. You were entrusted and seeded with the sacred Christ Blueprint/The Divine Plan, inside of you.
Every aspect of this blueprint ultimately leads you to be ensconced with the consciousness that allows you to move and express as an unencumbered being of love, always.
Only you can activate this blueprint by your expression of Me through You.
You embracing everything that you have learned and experienced in your third dimensional world, by blessing it and accepting it as Jesus did while in the desert for forty days and forty nights, will activate this Divine Template.
When he endured the battle with the world of delusion, and then surpassed it, he remembered who he really was. Then, He spent the rest of his life expressing it, thus giving humanity The Blueprint to follow at this precise time.
You hold the exact same capacity. That is why you chose and were chosen to be born at this time, Beloveds, to have the opportunity to reach that same pinnacle while in human form.
Do not simply hear these words. Live these words, and you will pass every initiation required to step into a world you have once called a phenomena. It will not be phenomena for you much longer.
Nothing is closed down to any human being right now, that is willing to Christ themselves by birthing within them the Divine Blueprint by using My Heart and My Mind.
This is a year riddled with a landslide of grace, of dreams and goals coming to fruition if you properly prepare yourself and allow for the many deaths still necessary to occur.
Do you know that there was a point in time, where I didn't know whether you would be willing to go through the trials and tribulations that would bring you to a place where we could be together in so much joy? I was concerned for a time that your feet were held too close to many fires. It has been said throughout your history that "God never gives us more than we can bear."
Beloveds, I never gave you anything to bear. You did. You called forth every trial and tribulation to yourself purposefully. You chose to merge with me against what appeared to be all odds.
Yes, that was your wish, and I prepared a place for you and let you have your wish. Through it all, I never left your side for even a moment. Through all of your pain and all of your beliefs that had you believing I was not with you, I was, and I AM.
I remind you of this; the Christ Consciousness is not only about singular love or singular peace. It contains within it the entire Divine Plan for evolution and wholeness for a species, a planet and a Universe. It contains every code that is involved with transformation of each, and you hold it within you.
Can you imagine and hold how much I love you and trust you, for I created you so that you were able to hold inside of you the path and the plan for an entire species and planet to be resurrected?
That too is why I never left you. I have always been a flame of Life inside of you to help safeguard this sacred Consciousness, the complete Divine Plan that you hold an intricate piece of. This has been my commitment to you. This is why the umbilical cord between us can never be severed, for if it were, a piece of the plan would be lost. You would be lost, and I would never lose any of my children, whether in the Heavens or on the Earth.
Knowing what you hold, can you honor and love yourselves, now having a greater understanding of your Divine part in My Divine Plan for bringing Heaven to Your Earth so you could live as the Masters that you are? I wished for you to be the stars of Earth's Heavens. And you are becoming that.

Arise, Beloved Lightworkers!
The glory of your true Light is beginning to shine through your physical vehicles and is readily discerned by those who have ‘the sight’. Continue your practice of visualizing your etheric body which surrounds your physical body radiant with the pure Golden White Light of the Christ. This practice is very powerful in helping to bring in greater Light into your body and into your home and World.
As the density drops away from your bodies, you become luminous Beings and each of you walks upon this World with a halo of Light around your crown chakra. This Light is growing in magnificence each day so continue to reach upwards like a sunflower reaching its petals to the Sun celebrating life upon this beautiful Planet. Each day try to remember to thank the Earth, the sky, the four directions, above and below, the air for vitality and life force, the water for sustaining life forms, the elementals and all the kingdoms upon and within the Earth.
For when you are in gratitude, the Universe just loves to give you more of what you are grateful for. Each night before bedtime or perhaps first thing in the morning, make a list of all the blessings in your lives and really feel the emotion of joy and thankfulness from within your heart for all that you have been given. Arise, Beloved Lightworkers!
The glory of your true Light is beginning to shine through your physical vehicles and is readily discerned by those who have ‘the sight’. Continue your practice of visualizing your etheric body which surrounds your physical body radiant with the pure Golden White Light of the Christ. This practice is very powerful in helping to bring in greater Light into your body and into your home and World.
As the density drops away from your bodies, you become luminous Beings and each of you walks upon this World with a halo of Light around your crown chakra. This Light is growing in magnificence each day so continue to reach upwards like a sunflower reaching its petals to the Sun celebrating life upon this beautiful Planet. Each day try to remember to thank the Earth, the sky, the four directions, above and below, the air for vitality and life force, the water for sustaining life forms, the elementals and all the kingdoms upon and within the Earth.
For when you are in gratitude, the Universe just loves to give you more of what you are grateful for. Each night before bedtime or perhaps first thing in the morning, make a list of all the blessings in your lives and really feel the emotion of joy and thankfulness from within your heart for all that you have been given. The 9th wave begins on March 9th
Friends, if you think things have been moving fast, just you wait! Here are some predictions based on the Mayan Calendar. This year, 2011, and the 18 days beginning March 9th, there will be great movement towards world unity. Hallelujah!
Things are also expected to be 20 times more accelerated than they have been. I can't even imagine what the implications of that are.
I am feeling moved to get something started in response, locally or online...perhaps a chain of events to support our coming together in a unity wave! Let me know what you think.

We are now approaching the actual beginning of this wave of unity consciousness, which begins on March 9, 2011. This is the ninth wave also known as the Universal Underworld. This wave includes thirteen uaxaclahunkin (18 day) periods that propel a process designed to lead the universe and the human beings to their highest state of consciousness.** The purpose of this article is to provide some additional background to this wave, its initiation date and suggest how the energy of the wave may be used in the most beneficial way. This requires that I again summarize the basic structure of the cosmic time plan as understood from the Mayan calendar.
Many people have in recent years come to know about the existence of the Mayan calendar and its purported end date, but surprisingly, not so many have assimilated what the ancient inscriptions are saying about it. In fact, there is only one known ancient inscription that mentions the calendar end -- Monument 6 from Tortuguero*** describes what will happen when the calendar comes to an end. The current reading of this ancient inscription by professional Mayanists is that we will then “witness the display of Bolon Yokte Ku in his full costume and regalia.” So whatever else you might have heard associated with the end of the Mayan calendar such as a pole shift, the end of the world, a galactic alignment, solar flares, radiation from the center of the galaxy, etc., actually lacks foundation in any ancient Mayan text.
Yet what obviously does have a background in an ancient Mayan inscription is Bolon, the number nine. At first sight, the reading of the Tortuguero Monument may sound cryptic and difficult to understand. There is however a lot of surrounding information about Bolon Yokte Ku that allows us to make sense of this insciption.*** Crucial to understanding is that Bolon Yokte Ku is the Nine-Support, or Nine-Step, entity of “period endings.” Bolon Yokte Ku, in other words, is a name for a cosmic pyramid in nine steps. Through extensive factual verification this pyramid has been shown to symbolize the nine levels of evolution the universe undergoes on its climb to its highest state of consciousness.
Each level of evolution, of Bolon Yokte Ku, the cosmic pyramid, is then developed through a series of thirteen time periods. These range from the hablatun (1.26 billion years) on the bottom level to the uaxaclahunkin of 18 days at the ninth level. This means a twenty times frequency increase and speed-up of time with every single step to a higher level. Soon, as of October 28, 2011, the energies of the nine waves are then all going to manifest fully. This final manifestation, I believe is what the ancient inscription refers to when it says that it will be witnessed how Bolon Yokte Ku will appear in his full regalia. The fruits of the nine waves will then appear in their fullness as these are simultaneously completed. This is no longer confusing if we accept that the ancient peoples of the world, including the Maya, would tend to personalize the cosmic forces describing them as “gods”, while, in the modern world, we would probably only describe this as nine energy waves.
As of March 9, 2011, the ninth and highest wave of the Bolon Yokte Ku will be activated. It seems to me that the purpose of this particular wave of 13 x 18 = 234 days is to cap the entire evolution of the universe that so far has been propelled by the eighth lower waves. From what we know about the changing polarities of consciousness of the nine waves it will do so by providing energies that are conducive to the human beings cocreating unity consciousness.
This is the purpose of the Ninth wave. So let us stop for a moment to contemplate the momentous place in time in which we find ourselves. Life, and especially human life, has evolved to the eighth level. Those that have actually climbed a physical Mayan pyramid, such as the pyramid of the Great Jaguar in Tikal, may be able to relate to the feeling of coming close to the top at the eighth level catching breath for the ascent to the top. We are now then about to start the climb to the ninth and highest level of life. It was to prepare for this momentous opportunity that many participated in the intention setting event of the Conscious Convergence last July. We now can follow the intentions we set at this event and actually manifest through co-creating Unity Consciousness. It is now time for us to follow up, and actually manifest the Unity Consciousness that was the intention of this event. The meaning of the unity wave that is now about to begin is for us to cocreate the appearance of Bolon Yokte Ku in its full splendor, the completion of the cosmic plan and its nine levels of evolution. As March 9, 2011 arrives, we are called to begin co-creating Unity Consciousness; March 9, 2011 is the dawn of the wave of unity.
Thus, the year of 2011 is not scheduled to be just like another year. Very likely this is our last chance to live up to being co-creators with the cosmic plan. As this Gregorian year began, the messages that circulated reflected our heightened ambivalence to the passage of time. On the one hand there were the every year kind of messages like: “Hope you will have a great 2011” or “what do you want to create for yourself in 2011?” as if this would just be like another year. Messages centered on the individual, based on a linear view of time made up from years following one after the other.
On the other hand, around the New Year reports started to come about the “aflockalypse.” Large numbers of fish, birds and animals simply died for no apparent reason. This instead pointed to anything but a linear continuation of time in 2011. The aflockalypse is possibly due to the frequency increase that the nine levels of the Mayan pyramid undergoes combined with the extreme degree to which humans have now pushed the ecology of the planet off balance. If this is true, it would call upon us to adapt to this new frequency and also shift completely from asking for things for ourselves and what we as egos or individuals may want from 2011 to what our egos may do to serve the delivery of the divine plan. The ninth wave of unity would then be calling for a complete shift in our way of being, to manifesting unity consciousness, which is the intended end result of the cosmic plan. If this is to happen, it may also call for extraordinary cosmic energies to fulfill the cosmic plan. In fact, maybe the ninth wave will be a Judgment Day that will save the world.
If there is a twenty-fold increase in frequency with every wave, the Ninth Wave, or Universal Underworld, will have a duration of 13 x 18 = 234 days and would then start March 9, 2011. It will progress through seven days and six intermediate nights, each being a uaxaclahunkin. In Mayan calendar language, this means an 18-day period. The 18-day periods can be subdivided into two nine-day counts (two days off from the classical nine lords of the night count) since they will have both an ascending and a descending phase and in this way we may see more clearly the link to classical Mayan calendrics. If the ninth wave is all about creating harmony from what has evolved previously then our task would be to ask the divine for guidance as to what we would do to arrive at this. If we are asking for global harmony we cannot however simply ask for our egos to guide us. Instead we will from the outset have to ask questions like: “What can I do to serve the cosmic plan?” or “What shall I do to further the manifestation of unity consciousness?” If the days of the ninth wave are the time periods most conducive to generating such unity consciousness then we will have to turn for spiritual guidance from the divine in phase exactly with these days of the Universal Underworld.
The ninth wave here joins the alpha to the omega in that for the first time in history it brings the nine-day count to the forefront of evolution. These will be extraordinary times and it is possible that we here will be confronted with a choice of truth versus tradition. The reason is that if the ninth wave will have the strength that we may expect from the evolution of a new underworld then it will be energetically more powerful and stronger than the traditional tzolkin count of 13 x 20 days. The Ninth level will, in other words, bring in a nine-day count that transcends the tzolkin in power and is more meaningful to follow for those seeking to align themselves with the cosmic plan. Still, of course, the tzolkin will continue to live on as an undercurrent of energies.
The rhythm of the Universal Underworld is then a nine-day climb of increasing intensity starting on March 9, 2011 followed by a descending intensity for the next eighteen (9+9) days until a new descent begins of eighteen (9+9) days. We will then have to learn to ride this wave in order to ultimately climb to the top of the pyramid to be able to witness the appearance of Bolon Yokte Ku in “his” full regalia. What's happening? Couldn't have said it better myself!
Hi, this was passed on to my by an intuitive healer here in Santa Fe. I could almost have written this..it so reflects my own experience. Here we go! May you find some ideas here that are useful, supportive and relevant.

November left us for dead.
If you have been feeling like you are suddenly back at the very beginning of your journey again, experiencing the same situations/sicknesses/emotional entanglements/financial hardships/etc,take heed.
Some heavy goo has been kicked up the last 40 days and 40 nights… and if you were as deep in it as I was, no doubt you spent most of those on your back (all I can say is…thank gawd for the new season of Housewives...and all other mindless Bravo brain fodder).
From the very end of October and thru the entire month of November we endured such a legendary disconnect period that for the first time ever, I was not sure if I would still be writing these updates when we emerged on the other side. I mean, we have certainly plowed thru p l e n t y of void periods over the last decade or so, but November brought the whole concept next level…to the point that I was unable to hear, feel, think, sense or intuit anything outside of my physical reality…which was also very bleak, mind you. It was like the universe just dropped us off in the middle of the forest..left us to our own human devices without a pack of matches, a GPS or a US weekly.
Personally, I was reduced to a toddler-like-state with a month long temper tantrum…vacillating between flipping off the forces that be, and quivering in my pillow to the tune of: "I want my mommy". If I didn't have abandonment issues prior to ascension, I definitely do now. My extreme child-like resistance to this punishment...a month without a purpose…was completely laughable to anyone who witnessed me, but soooooo not funny. I just could not get away from myself…everywhere I went, there I was.
In a word…brutal. In two words…upyoursmuthafatha god.
Luckily, since the new moon last Sunday, there is a very different vibe slowly leaking into the earth plane and we are reconnecting again while adjusting to this new space we are now inhabiting...albeit a little lighter. Well, still fat, but with less emotional encumbrances.
The Disconnect - So what gives?
First of all, I had to call in the big guns for back-up this time around, otherwise I would have never gotten this update out...so this blogcast is officially brought to you by three separate sponsors: the Andromedan Collective, the Pleiadian High Council and the Spiritual Hierarchy.
I needed all the help I could get to make some sense of the nightmare we just lived through and from what I can gather, (if you weren't forced to push the eject button) November offered us two things :
1) An emotional upgrade…the loss of more of our ego-created selves so that we can inhabit more of our authentic self and live directly from the heart. Loss = mourning, so if you spent the last month crying over spilled milk, welcome to the hormonally imbalanced. We are mourning the loss of more outdated aspects of ourselves (those things that we thought we would be, do or have in this lifetime, but didn't) which of course can also create a fleeting identity crisis leaving us vulnerable and skinless…pervious to all lower forms of energy and feeling as though we have no protection from societal forces of harshness. We are slowly coming out of a very inward period where even getting the mail may have felt like torture.
This sloughing-off included everything from releasing played-out relationships & responsibilities to shedding more preconceived ideas of who we thought we were and what we thought we were here to contribute... and everything in between. The reconnection of this higher level, heart-based intelligence required an extensive rewire and manifested as a zombie-like state, a complete lack of interest in living…not even so much an interest in dying, just an overwhelming indifference to life... and of course with a side dish of physical misery to boot.
This disconnect period may have surfaced in a myriad of ways for you but the most obvious symptom of the void is that it is difficult-to-impossible to feel good or connected to anything in any realm.
Some common side of effects are as follows: disinterest in our passions, purpose, potential, projects, creativity, all those things we normally enjoy, etc...the inability to connect to our higher guidance... financial hardship/sluggishness...lack of desire to care for/nurture our bodies/exercise/eat well (even the foods we eat seem tired and unappealing)…feeling constantly dissatisfied yet not knowing how to feel fulfilled/can manifest as hunger that won't go away even after a meal, unsatisfying sleep, etc…wanting/needing to be alone and feeling relentlessly fatigued.
These periods are some of the most difficult to navigate on the ascension journey, but the undeniable truth is, they eventually and always bring us to a higher and better-feeling place. Even when we don't think we will survive it, and we have absolutely convinced ourselves that we are completely delusional and that nothing good will ever come of sacrificing a decade or two of our lives …something beautiful and amazing always pops thru…and just in the nick of time.
2) On a physical level, we have been undergoing some MASSIVE etheric reconstructive brain surgery…some of which is still "bleeding" into December and will not be complete until the beginning of January as we find our new footing and try to make sense of this new reality we are adjusting our focus to. If you have been experiencing a literal inability to focus or make cognitive sense of things (what I call left-brain dead), or an unusual amount of spinning/dizziness/vertigo/loss of balance/eye issues/burning, itching & watery eyes/spaciness and/or sinus headaches & migraines...most likely its related to this upgrade.

As always there is an adjustment period (aka, pain) required to bring our lower bodies into alignment with our higher self because we are now vibrating at a much higher rate and our cells still need time to adjust. The month of December will definitely be a time to re-harmonize...an intense period of assimilating to the latest download so we are fully prepared to exercise our gifts and potential in the new timeline. That said, there is also a period of activity surfacing that will enable us to finish up details and actualize year-end goals as well as some new and aligned opportunities that may arise, compliments of the next 6 weeks of powerful galactic, astrological and celestial forces.

(aka, brain scramble) This is nothing to be concerned about, we are simply rising up, bumping against a dimensional ceiling in an attempt to break thru to a higher altitude which can of course cause feelings of confusion, lightheadedness, ungroundedness and dizziness.
Lastly, I am hearing that when the reconnection is complete, many of us will be shedding our old spirit guides/soul-team members who so fervently helped us along the way…more aptly stated, we are becoming these future versions of ourselves that once guided us here, and as a result, we will now be mingling with many more who will be coming forth to work with us in this plane as new human AND spirit guides/mentors and teachers of the higher ways. We also have a VERY powerful solstice on the 21st (when the sun closely aligns with the galactic center), and another famous eclipse sandwich….a full moon and total lunar eclipse on the same day as the solstice and a partial solar eclipse on January 4, 2011. Mixed in with that caffeinated cup of cosmic coffee are some major celestial & astrological happenings threatening to cauterize our past…whether we feel ready or not.
In general, this month will be another month of completion. In addition to the holidays, there is much to be accomplished in both our inner and outer worlds and December offers us the opportunity to take advantage of these supportive energies for endings if we are paying attention. The eclipse period beginning on 12/21 will offer us a major portal of expansion…what the Spiritual Hierarchy refer to as a "wormhole from the old to the new". "The illuminated energies from this (eclipse) portal will besiege those who choose to release themselves from the old and willfully embrace the new."
Like most months, I am being shown a combination of tiny bursts of forward movement, and longer periods of cellular integration, but this month there is a strong message coming thru for those who choose to exit their past via the eclipse portal…we are enthusiastically being reminded that we will not be able to carry any density with us to the other side, so this month is the final month to release emotional burdens and wrap up outworn affairs.

If it feels in any way like you are being pushed too far, its because you are…we will be pushed to a breaking point in those areas of our lives that we are not seeing clearly, areas that need a shift in perspective or deeper understanding in order for us to become unhinged. We are being stretched as far as we can possibly go so as to encourage (?) us to deal with every last lingering detail, to strip away every illusion/delusion we've honored along the way so that we can be as empty and as pure as possible before we fill ourselves up with the new. Even without our participation, we will be all-but-forced resolve and absolve it all with the celestial powerhouses lining up to clean our clocks, I mean slates.
My advice? Always better to go willingly & consciously.
These final labor pains of 2010 will continue to pulsate and push us forth into the new waves of unity consciousness…waves of creativity and bliss that undulate in increasing frequency in 2011. So know that from now until the eclipse period we are receiving this final call to separate ourselves from all that no longer serves us (limiting thoughts, situations, relationships, homes, careers, health issues, etc)..cuz come the eclipse sandwich, we will be sucked up and spit out by cosmic forces way beyond our control…vibrationally sifted and sorted...and landing in our new reality with the task of figuring out how the heck everything works in this as-yet-unknown-territory.

Physical Happenings
We have been rapidly and intensively changing on a cellular level, preparing our new human templates...which are meticulously designed to operate on the new timeline…for a very long time. These upgraded biology suits will hold more light and participate seamlessly with the new timeline. This is very exciting, however it also unfortunately means some physical discomfort.
The list of symptoms is long and varies as usual, but the most intense symptoms this time around (especially last month) seemed to manifest in the head/neck area.
As mentioned earlier, the pituitary/pineal activations created lots of dizziness/vertigo/loss of balance/vision problems/burning, itchy & watery eyes/spaciness and/or sinus headaches & migraines, stuffed/runny nose, post nasal drip, inability to focus, migraines, sinus headaches, fatigue, sleep changes (insomnia/deep sleeps…up at night, down during the day), night sweats, wild and vivid dreams, etc.
There were also those who experienced flu-like symptoms with lots of muscle aches, neck stiffness/pain, sore throat, mouth/teeth pain, clogged ears and tons of back pain (fluctuating between lower/upper/middle…sometimes all three).
We also experienced a major solar plexus (power) activation in the beginning of December which may have created temporary waves of stomach pains & digestion issues as well as the usual heart opening and grounding symptoms: heartburn/indigestion, soreness behind the heart, nausea, palpitations and rapid heart beat...lower back/leg aches, sharp shooting pains in rectum/tailbone area, sore ankles, legs and feet, intestinal clearings (candida/skin rashes/inflammations) etc.
We are going thru major and magnificent biological changes needed for our new life experiences so its very important to listen to what our body's are telling us….even if it is diametrically opposed to all we have been taught. Protein cravings are very common during major integrations, as well as periods of no appetite…or you may even need a random carb fix at 3am during one of those insomnia streaks.
When in doubt, nurture yourself like a pregnant woman… give your body what it wants/needs when you can and don't hold back…even & especially if that means 15 hours of sleep…per day.

November left us for dead.
If you have been feeling like you are suddenly back at the very beginning of your journey again, experiencing the same situations/sicknesses/emotional entanglements/financial hardships/etc,take heed.
Some heavy goo has been kicked up the last 40 days and 40 nights… and if you were as deep in it as I was, no doubt you spent most of those on your back (all I can say is…thank gawd for the new season of Housewives...and all other mindless Bravo brain fodder).
From the very end of October and thru the entire month of November we endured such a legendary disconnect period that for the first time ever, I was not sure if I would still be writing these updates when we emerged on the other side. I mean, we have certainly plowed thru p l e n t y of void periods over the last decade or so, but November brought the whole concept next level…to the point that I was unable to hear, feel, think, sense or intuit anything outside of my physical reality…which was also very bleak, mind you. It was like the universe just dropped us off in the middle of the forest..left us to our own human devices without a pack of matches, a GPS or a US weekly.
Personally, I was reduced to a toddler-like-state with a month long temper tantrum…vacillating between flipping off the forces that be, and quivering in my pillow to the tune of: "I want my mommy". If I didn't have abandonment issues prior to ascension, I definitely do now. My extreme child-like resistance to this punishment...a month without a purpose…was completely laughable to anyone who witnessed me, but soooooo not funny. I just could not get away from myself…everywhere I went, there I was.
In a word…brutal. In two words…upyoursmuthafatha god.
Luckily, since the new moon last Sunday, there is a very different vibe slowly leaking into the earth plane and we are reconnecting again while adjusting to this new space we are now inhabiting...albeit a little lighter. Well, still fat, but with less emotional encumbrances.
The Disconnect - So what gives?

Chop wood, carry water--forget the big picture!
Wow..can't believe I haven't posted anything here in almost a month. Wait--I take that back--I do believe it..it's been a long strange trip lately. For you too?
It has been such a roller coaster ride personally and professionally. Because I'm an empath and I work with the collective consciousness around prosperity and money, and because I'm human and living in the midst of these changes myself, I can't always tell how much of what I'm feeling
is even mine.
Sleep disturbances, mood swings out the wazoo...how much is my hormones, my resistance to making changes, and how much of this is triggered by planetary/global energy shifts? In addition, I live in Santa Fe, which, lovely as it is, is a crucible of transformation. Don't come here unless you are prepared to change, grow and let go as a way of life.

Just focus on what's in front of you, do what is needed, what I call "Just in time" living.
The Japanese pioneered a system in manufacturing called "just in time" where the parts arrive just in time for when they are needed. In this new reality, we need to live that way..."Am I okay in this moment, can I trust the Universe that I will have what I need when I need it, can I focus on the all-rightness in the present moment."
The minute I go into the future or projecting about the past, I lose faith and trust and go into fear. Being a pragmatist, I say, of course we do need to make plans sometimes. But then, it's important to live moment to moment. Chop wood, carry water...too many unknowns, too many shifting uncertainties. Can you trust yourself, can you trust that others will be there to help, that it's going to be okay--even though we can't see how we will get there or how the Universe is going to deliver?

It has been such a roller coaster ride personally and professionally. Because I'm an empath and I work with the collective consciousness around prosperity and money, and because I'm human and living in the midst of these changes myself, I can't always tell how much of what I'm feeling
is even mine.
Sleep disturbances, mood swings out the wazoo...how much is my hormones, my resistance to making changes, and how much of this is triggered by planetary/global energy shifts? In addition, I live in Santa Fe, which, lovely as it is, is a crucible of transformation. Don't come here unless you are prepared to change, grow and let go as a way of life.

Inspirational Message from the Deva of Trust
Hello..a member of the wonderful creative/healing arts/dance community here in Santa Fe, my friend Rena Tairifa sent this message today and I thought you would enjoy it.
She has spent time at Findhorn, a co-creative community in Scotland, famous for great growing despite the very cold, rainy, inhospitable climate there. Co-creative gardening--something I have studied with Sibylle Preuschat and with the materials of Maechelle Small-Wright, involves working in partnership with nature.
When we work with nature, one level at which we can communicate and partner with her is through the Devas. The Devas are architects of form..some people see them as spirit beings or in other forms. I do not usually see them but I sense them. Everything that exists in form--not just plants and rocks and things we would consider nature, but anything that can be named, even intangible things, have an overlighting Deva, a Deva in charge of that thing.
If this idea is new to you, you can read Co-Creative Science by Maechelle Small Wright to learn more...You can also experiment with asking for a connection to be made to any Deva you want to connect with, and see what messages, images or sensations you receive from making that connection. Make sure that when you finish connecting, you ask for the connection to be released, with thanks....otherwise it's like leaving a phone off the hook.
So that is a little background for those of you not familiar with Devas or that we can communicate directly with nature.

Inspirational Message from the Deva of Trust
"Move from a place of knowing within you rather than as a result of adaptation to outer experience. Let go of your assumptions and your need to control life's creative process.
It does not matter what spiritual path you’re on, an ultimate sense of peace comes down to one question: Can you let go of the need to control your life, and trust there is a benevolent force guiding all that ever has, is, and will happen?
Trust is the soul's way of attuning to a fundamental law of reality. There is a deep rhythm that moves through all life that cannot be controlled by our will. When trust informs our experience, it allows our psyche to relax and our soul to be at peace with our situation. We can rest in unquestioned confidence that the universe provides, that we have and will receive what we really need. In fact, often beyond what we alone are even capable of imagining.
When we have a lot of basic trust, we are courageous and take risks. We don't suppress our competencies. We engage in life wholeheartedly, doing what feels appropriate with the confidence that it will work out. Life becomes a story of creation not an obstacle course.
Without basic trust, we tend to react to what arises in accordance with our conditioning wanting our process to go one way or another. We cling to predetermined assumptions and outcomes. We become tense and contracted and do all we can to manipulate the circumstances to fit with our desires.
Here is a suggestion for changing the automatic internal response to external signals. When a traffic light turns yellow and there is a safe distance to stop before it turns red, what do you tend to do? Do you accelerate to 'make it through'? If so, this is a metaphor for what happens inside when our yellow worry light goes off — we accelerate; try harder, move faster, do more, all stress responses to our conditioning. Trust is the ability to stop and wait for the green light to signal the time to move forward again.
Why not, for the month of November, practice putting on the brakes when the light is yellow and taking that moment to pause and breathe in trust and the deeper rhythm of life while waiting for the green light to again signal you to go."

A different perspective on current events
As I hear and see the events unfolding in the world, it's so easy for me to go to grief, despair, futility, or even questioning that there is a benevolent force in the Universe. Most of the time, I don't engage much with world news. However, I've been asking what it is that I can do--apart from being loving and remembering to focus on the light as much as possible, while acknowledging my own shadow as well as the darkness of others.
One thing I can do, and will be doing more in this blog space, is to present different, positive perspectives on what is happening. My original intention in starting the blog--which I still have--is to share with you tools and resources that I find helpful, around personal growth and healing.
But given the direness and the escalation of what is happening--I feel it is very important to see all of this as a purging and a movement towards acension or the evolution of Earth and the human race, and to offer hope and a bigger picture.
I will share messages that have meaning and resonance for me, whether from astrology, channeled sources, or writers whose work has light and meaning for me. Some of the messages may include invitations to group meditations or other processes that you may engage in. I hope you enjoy and I welcome your comments.

This is Matthew, here with loving greetings from all souls at this station and to say that we weep with you about recent occurrences that are evoking grief, fear, anger and grave concerns about what is happening in your world. We understand the purpose of it all and can see the forthcoming greatness, but in the interconnectedness of all souls, we feel your emotions of deep sadness, discouragement and pessimism. That is why we have come at this time.
The Israeli attack on a ship with persons whose purpose is humanitarian; other instances of unprovoked violence; renewed saber-rattling between the two Korean nations; little if any progress to stabilize Iraq or end the fighting in Afghanistan; fear about what will ensue if Iran develops nuclear weapons and what is fomenting in Pakistan; increasing instances of weather anomalies and seismic events; the continued gushing forth of oil in the Gulf of Mexico; economic collapse spreading throughout Europe; governments in chaos — all are indeed lamentable and with dire potential from your world’s perspective.
It is difficult even for the most stout-hearted lightworkers to view those situations and all others that are causing widespread suffering as anything other than the personal and national tragedies they are for the peoples who are directly affected. Compassion is a natural sentiment of lighted souls, and along with prayers and physical and financial assistance where possible, compassion’s high vibrations are helping to uplift those who are suffering. Outrage and assigning blame for atrocities and deliberate hardships also are natural reactions of a concerned populace, and we shall speak more about this a bit later.
It would be a disservice to tell you that all divisive matters will be happily resolved without any serious consequences because there will be some, but not of the severity that many minds are imagining. What we offer in this short message to lighten heavy hearts about all volatile, oppressive and heartrending situations is their higher purpose within the context of Earth’s ascension.
In our last message we stated that there is not much time left for everything that must be — and shall be! — completed before Earth reaches the universal “window” to exit third density, and that the tenacity of the dark minds and hearts has altered the Golden Age master plan. It originally called for a gradual emergence of truths and resultant changes, but in the current energy streams, the clearing away of the last vestiges of darkness is coming thick and fast, and longstanding conflicts between individuals, groups and countries have to peak within a comparatively short interval. With linear time “disappearing” in the vibratory planes the planet has reached, everything in your world is accelerating not just day by day, but minute by minute.
The prevailing vibrations, which are magnifying positive and negative feelings and behaviors, are transmuting negativity into the light that is propelling your planet out of darkness and into the light — that is what ascension is for any soul. In a transformation of that magnitude, death, destruction and despair are inevitable as the energies of greed, ruthlessness and power-lust that ravaged Earth and her residents for millennia are running the final stages of their course, and darkness is lashing out furiously in its fear of losing what little remains of its one-time global control. Because of our love for all souls, we wish the transitional process did not have to be tumultuous; however, it can be no other way in the last stages of a civilization’s harsh, yet determined struggle to raise itself out of deep third density and evolve into fourth.
Accomplishing that is exactly why you are where you are. Of the many souls who wanted to be part of this unprecedented era not only on the planet, but in the universe, you are among those chosen because you have the ancient wisdom, spiritual strength and innate capabilities to bring about profound changes. Do not doubt your powerful selves for even an instant!
Take heart in knowing that there are far, far more light-filled peoples in your world than dark, and at soul level they are eager to play their roles along Earth’s pathway out of violence, turmoil, deceit and corruption. At conscious level, however, relatively few of them know what you do — that all of you are gods and goddesses with unlimited potential to manifest whatever you intently focus on.
And as strange as this may seem, the lack of that knowledge will, after all, be a fine contribution to ushering in Earth’s Golden Age. Without knowing of their true Beginnings or anything about a Golden Age — or about the decades of assistance from other civilizations or that extraterrestrials are living among you or that many others will join you fairly soon to assist in new ways — those unaware souls are rising to the challenge of healing Earth and preserving it for future generations. They are directing the energy of “outrage and blame” into initiating changes which, although not realized, at this very moment are co-creating a world of harmonious coexistence of all humanity and Nature on Earth and with souls in worlds beyond. You could say that the grassroots movement that has been growing around the globe now also is soaring toward the heavens as you prepare to take your rightful place in our universal family.
Not everyone can be at the forefront of developing new or implementing long-suppressed technologies or be leaders in other avenues of reform, and there is no need for all to be in such positions. Simply BEing the light you are will strengthen and help persons nearby recognize their own light, and the increasing emanations will keep flowing out exponentially. By remembering that light and love are the same energy, simply expressed differently, and as the pure essence of Creator is the most powerful energy in the cosmos, you can see how LOVE is the key to leaving chaos and moving into rejoicing.
The vast changes in your world, already completed in the continuum, will come about swiftly even by your linear time calculations. This period of transition into the Golden Age for all who stay steadfast in the light is its own two-fold reward, so to say — joy in helping to emancipate Earth from the deep tentacles of darkness and leaps in soul growth from participating in this mammoth, magnificent undertaking.
Our beloved brothers and sisters, keep envisioning the world you want and know that you are co-creating it with every thought and deed. Countless numbers of light beings in spirit and physical worlds are accompanying you all along your triumphant journey.
